Part one: The research of Fen to mouse sperm capaciation in virto and its mechanism(一) The characterize of mouse spermatocyte's potassium channel and its role in sperm capacitationMouse in vitro sperm capacitation was assessed by the method ofstaining with chlortetracycline (CTC), a Ca2+-dependent fluorescence microscopictechnique. And then to observe the effect of valinomycin (Val), a potassium ionophore, on sperm capacitation in virto. After sperm stained with CTC, the state and numbers of sperm capacitation was assessed by the percentage of B pattern totally. When sperm were cultured in Val at the concentration of 30μ mol· L-1, the capacitation was increased significantly(n=10, p<0.05).
