Part One The establishment of enterocoelia heterotopic heart transplantation in miceObjective To establish enterocoelia heterotopic heart transplantation in mice and to investigate a brief and quick operative method. Methods According to the surgical procedures of Ono's pattern in mice model, 40 Kun Ming mice were randomly divided into donors and recipients. The ascending artery and pulmonary artery of the donor's heart were end-to-side anastomosed with abdominal aorta and vena cava inferior of the recipient's heart respectively.The animal model of enterocoelia heterotopic heart transplantation in mice was established. Results Enterocoelia heterotopic heart transplantation in mice was a success in 15 cases and fail in 4 cases,and the successful rate is 80%. Conclusions The procedure of the enterocoelia heterotopic heart transplantation in mice is reliable and brief and quick,and to establish favourable foundation for the following investigation of transplantation immunity...
