5-Fluorouracil is commonly used as an antitumor drug and has powerful activity to lots of digestive system cancers such as liver cancer. At present, major chemotherapy type is administration via vein. However, because of high toxin and side effect, its clinical application is limited. If a drug has targeting function combined with a carrier, it can selectively increase the drug action to targeting site but decrease toxin and side effect to no-targeting site. So to search for some forceful targeting anticancer drugs is a hot spot at present.Albumin and liposome as carriers of some drug have been confirmed to enhance the targeting function in laboratory and clinic. Nanoparticle carrier is also a hot spot at present for targeting function and slow-release, with which drug transmission in body will be more convenient. Magnetic lipsome nanoparticle, a novel targeting carrier of drug, which belongs to the forth generation targeting drug-delivery system, has the advantage of both liposome and magnetic targeting drug and has the function of nanoparticle, and is a novel targeting carrier of drug. So it will enhance the targeting function if it can integrate 5- Fluorouracil. So we used magnetic liposome as the carrier of 5- Fluorouracil and prepared 5-Fluorouracil magnetic liposome nanoparticles (FMLNP) at last. Then we explored its physico-chemical property, body distribution and...
