Colorectal carcinoma is one of most common cancer. The incidence of colorectal carcinoma has risen rapidly in recent years and has become the fifth of leading malignant tumor types in our country otherwise the third in the west developed countries. Studies on the mechanism of pathogenesis and metastasis, early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma have been become hot spots. Even though there have been great advances on the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma, the mortality is still in high level. The main reason is that is difficult to diagnose while the disease is still in localized. Most patients were diagnosed until middle or advanced stage so that they missed the best opportunity of operation. Moreover, there are no satisfactory monitoring methods to help doctors assess whether the tumor has been excised thoroughly or whether it will recur and metastasize or not.Colorectal carcinoma was developed undergo a multistage and complicated biological changes with the participation of polygene, environment and heredity. As almost all of the colorectal carcinomas arise from normal colonic epithelium to polypoid adenoma and then develop to adenomas to adenocarcinoma, which accords with the law: colorectal adenoma - atypical hyperplasia - carcinoma.Because of the abnormality of substance metabolism resulted from the change of tumor cell genome, tumor cells may produce some small molecular protein or peptides which are associated with tumor and/or tumor specific at the different...
