Background:Primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) was a kind of solid tumor which was hard to cure . Beside of surgery, chemotherapy therapy(include interventional chemotherapy) and radiotherapy therapy were the most important ways in PHC therapy . However ,the effects of chemotherapy on PHC were hard to improve because too many factors were involved in.As our studies had revealed, the effect of chemotherapy was attenuated by the changes of the biology characteristic in chemotherapy. So a precise chemotherapy must be an individualization therapy. For instance, the therapy project of certain patient usually come from the clinic status of the patient with solid tumor, such as years of age, the expression of surface receptor, pathotype of tumor and so on. It was a miniature of individualization chemotherapy as we had seen in solid tumor. But unfortunately, the paces of individualization chemotherapy in most solid tumor were rather slow ,including PHC.As a greatest achievement study in recent years, the tumor stem cells theory gave a strong impact on traditional therapy mode in solid tumor. From tumor stem...
