Angelica sinensis and Hedysarum polybotrys are the common use Chinese herbal medicine for enriching the blood, invigorating qi, that two medicines were made up a prescription ( 1:5 comparison ) is famous Danggui Buxue Tang, enriching the blood basic square who activating pulse for the Chinese medicine. Hedysarum polybotrys is often applied to the substitute of Astragalus root in the clinic. The research results showed that Angelica sinensis and Hedysarum polybotrys could improve the myocardial ischemia in modern pharmacology. But because of their chemistry composition complications, still hard make sure its efficacy of medicine composition currently. The dissertation is aiming at explore the angiogenesis promoting effect of the ultra-filtration extract from Angelica sinensis, Hedysarum polybotrys and their mixture. Refined the water extract from Angelica sinensis, Hedysarum polybotrys and their mixture using ultra-filtration technique, applied the experiment myocardial infarction model in rat with coronary occlusion , the blood dynamics monitor, microvascular endothelial cell culture, chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) experiment, and semi-quantitative RT-PCR technique to match on angiogenesis promoting effect of the ultra-filtration extract from Angelica sinensis, Hedysarum polybotrys and its mixture (<50,000 molecular weights) in myocardium ischemia.1.Refined Angelica sinensis, Hedysarum polybotrys and their mixture, its water extract was refined using ceramic membrane and PNA (ultra-filtration membrane) of the hollow fiber ( cut to stay the molecular weight to measure for 50,000 ). The results showed the water extract from Angelica sinensis , Hedysarum polybotrys and its...
