Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is one of the most prevalent malignant tumor in urinary system, it's incidence is second to bladder tumor. RCC is high malignant ,and it's sensibility to ordinary raditotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrinttherapy is quite low ,so gene therapy may be a major goal treatment to the RCC in future, Antisense techniques,as a basic strategy of gene therapy ,is widely used in clinical trail in recent years. Based on principle of base — complementary , antisense nucleic acid can specifically inhibit the expression of oncogenes, but not affect subsistence of normal cell.C—myc is a protooncogene ,which regulates the proliferation and differentiation of cells , it's coding products are DNA binding protein with a molecular weight of 62KD . In the proliferating cells , overexpression of C—myc is very common; but lower expression of C—myc is common in the stagnation or dif-...
