With the development of microsurgical techniques and the improvement of relevant equipment , the survival rate of severed digital replantation and free flap transplantation is markedly increased. But the main reason of failure is still the formation of thrombo-embolism in anastomotic sites of small-diameter vascular. Nowadays the drug is clinically used to prevent it. However.its effect is not very ideal. What's more, the drug has many side-effects and lacks tissue specificity and so on. Therefore, It is necessary for us to seek a new way to conveniently and effectively prevent anastomotic sites from thrombo-embolism and increase the rate of success.
