First of all the research progress of the coronary arterial restenosis (CARS) after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and stent implantation are generally reviewed. Then the definition, incidence, locus and pathogenesis of CARS are systematically revealed. The dissertation also discusses the treatment effect and principle, designing technique and characteristic of coronary stent. The relationship between CARS and relative dangerous factors such as hypertension, diabetic, hyperlipemia, smoking, sex, age, abnormal psychology and so on is completely analyzed. Next the paper discussed treatment effect of platelet function inhibitors such as Repro, anticogulant as hirudin, hemolysin e.g. t-PA, inhibitors of artery smooth muscle cell (ASMCs) proliferation, physiotherapy such as magnetic field, and radiotherapy in coronary artery on CARS. In the last part of introduction the condition of ultrashort wave treating cardiovascular diseases is summarized. All of these underlie the dissertation. Tutored by Professor JIA Guoliang, the effect of different oxygen percent and different pressure conditions on the proliferation of ASMCs, and the...
