Research On The Creation Of Electronic Music In The Context Of Digital Technology

As the title suggests, the study focuses on the sound creation of electroacoustic music, and it place research under the background of digital technology to make a distinction for analog technology, which is based on the Max/MSP/Jitter. Starting from the basic principles of sound technology in arts, the first part of study discusses the physical, psychological, physiology, spatial and time properties of sound, for building a technical foundationthe entire study. The main part of this study contains the strategy of technology, performance mechanism, case studies and soundscape of electroacoustic music. In thestrategy of technology, thestudy is first to introduce the software platform of sound creation, andthen discusses four kinds of sound synthesis that have advantages for digital technology. It is the modulation synthesis, spectral synthesis, modeling synthesis and particle synthesis. Asto focuses on interaction mechanism between sensor, somatosensory equipment and Max/MSP/Jitter, the study use many examples and introduce related technology. In the part of performance mechanism, the study first presentacoustic presentationand visual presentation as two aspects of electroacoustic music sounds, and it also discuss theelectroacoustic music sound diffusion system and sound visualization in deeply. On the basis of the above techniques discussed, the study analyze André Décosterd and Michel Décosterd’s works to demostratethe digital sound creation technology in electroacoustic music. Finally, above of all, this study suggests that the electroacoustic music creation in the context of digital technology gave birth to the next exhibit new soundscape. There three aspects are described, and it is aesthetic computing, virtual survival and interactive sound. Therefore, the core of this study is "basic principles of sound", "sound creation technology", "sound performance mechanism", "sound creative practice", "soundscape construction", which both contain technical relationship and logical connection.Finally, this study concluded: the development of digital technology bring new technologies for the creation of electroacoustic music sound; electroacoustic music 3D audio diffusion system did not become mainstream, there is a huge space to expand; sound visualization supported by digital technology expand the performance space of electroacoustic music; and the sound somatosensory equipment based on the interaction becomes contemporary electroacoustic music hotspots and highlights; digital technology which widely used build a new soundscape with electroacoustic music. At the same time, the study also proposed that there are still ways sound creation, artist’s electronic literacy, electroacoustic music performance and other issues, and drew attention to academics.
