In this paper, the new structure view was as a guide, making technology method such as parsing geological structure profile and making balance profile to determine the structural characteristics and kinematics characteristic in the research zone. Combined with the activities characteristics of magmatic rocks and the main characteristics of the deep fracture analysis, to divide tectonic units in research area. And through the multiaspects research such as typical ore deposits metallogenic regularity and oil and gas resources evaluation, summarized that the tectonic evolution was divided into two big stage, the late Paleozoic-middle Triassic Marine basin tectonic evolution stage and the late Triassic-cenozoic continental basin tectonicevolution stage. This paper was based on geological structure profile which control structure of all areas.The regional fracture showed contemporaneous normal fault properties, and controlled a half-rift valley or rift valley type crack trapped belt in the early time. The tectonic reversal happened and has the extrusion and strike-slip characteristics in the late. The study area can be divided into seven first-order tectonic units, 41 second-order tectonic units and some third-order tectonic units preliminary, and the system analysis of every tectonic units characteristics was completed.Balance profile reveals that the tectonic deformation shorten rate was 19%-33% for the general in the shallow and the deep section and showed multiple detachment structure characteristics and the deep- shallow stuctures misfit. With the bondary of youjiang fault zone, the north region performance for that from north or northeast to south and southeast direction extrusion thrust and shorten displacement, while the south area performance for that from south or southwest to north or northeast extrusion thrust and shorten displacement.Research area was on the basis of basal formation in the early Paleozoic (early Caledon period), and by extend crack role, taken shape the inner plate-plate edge crack extension basin in late Paleozoic, and evoluted into back-arc sink crack-depression basin in early-middle Triassic. While after the Indo-China period the rearch areas had enter the within-mainland evolutionary stages, in priority to uplift eroding effect, and only in the southeast Shiwan mountains area developed post-Indo-chinese period continental basins.The research areas were mainly intermediate-acid-Indo-chinese sedimentary manganese ore-deposit and the late devonian sedimentation dominated. The material source were relevant to the ancient land nearby. Gold deposits are mainly "youjiang mining area" Carlin-type gold deposits. The Dachang Tin oredeposit was relevant to the middle-late yanshan period shallow-middle granite rock . And with the characteristics of positive zoning around the deposit geothermal of granite rock strains and characteristics of regional ore deposits zoning around within ore belt structure-magma activity center of structure. Oil and gas resources evaluation put forward that the 9 sag in nanpanjiang depression and 3 oil-gas zone contained in Shiwan mountain basin zones were favorable exploration areas.
