With the development of the national economy and the raising of the living standard of the people, contradiction between demand and supply of energy is increasingly aggravating. Since our country becoming a petroleum net import country in 1993, the difference between demand and supply of energy increases year after year. In 2010, the differences between demand and supply of petroleum and natural gas in our country will be up to 100 million tons and 40 billion cube meters respectively. Petroleum and natural gas are becoming a bottleneck that restricts the continuous development of the national economy. The situation of petroleum exploration and development is very severe. The reserve and output increasingly decrease in old oil fields while finding new replaceable areas is more and more difficult. Therefore, digging up petroleum potential in old oil fields and finding new petroleum reserve are important in recent oil and gas exploration.Selecting petroleum geochemical exploration theory and methods as research theme of the thesis, combining with the research project coming from Science and Technology Board of SINOPEC-new technology of integrated evaluating of petroleum geochemical exploration, and on the basis of collecting the correlate research achievements domestic and abroad, the author has made researches on conventional petroleum geochemical exploration methods and new oil and gas geochemical exploration techniques renewedly. The amount of all kinds of geochemical samples collected is 6441. Large amount of geologic, geophysical and geochemical data in selected areas has been collected. On the basis of. studying the stability, reappearance possibility and validity of all kinds of petroleum geochemical exploration methods, geochemical indicator combination in main oil- and gas- bearing basins in our country has been summarized. The geochemical and mineralogical changes and surface geochemical anomalous patterns caused by oil/gas microseepage have been studied. The achievement in dynamic simulation of oil and gas microseepage enriched the petroleum microseepage theory. On the basis of studying interference sources, degree and interference factor restraining measures, an interference factor analyzing system has been established. Geochemical field level analysis method is used to pick up the anomalous information. On the aspect of anomaly interpretation and evaluation, the methods of predicting oil/gas property and burying depth according to surface geochemical anomaly features have been studied. A series of research achievements about new technology of integrated evaluating of petroleum geochemical exploration have been obtained and there is no lack of breakthrough and innovation among them. The research achievements of the thesis have certain theoretic significance and important realistic meaning.
