In order to obtain the competitive advantage in the information time, various countries compete to enlarge the information industry investment and promote the information technology application level so as to raise the national informationization level as soon as possible. Our country also explicitly proposed the national policy of "applying informationization to accelerating industrialization, exerting the follow superiority and realizing the skipping development of social productive forces ".The mining industry informationization construction is an important part of our country's informationization construction. Its constructing goal is: employing modern information technology to develop and utilize mining industry information resource and optimize the entire process of mining industry activity, applying informatization to rebuilding traditional mining industry and promoting its management level and technical level and enhancing the competitive ability of mine enterprise. The final goal is to realize mining industry modernization.The mining industry informationization includes many aspects. Mine informationization is the core and foundation of the mining industry informationization. The other aspects of the mining industry informationization serve for it or are based on it. And the mine information system construction is the foundation and core of the mine informationization. So "the mine information system construction" is chosen to be the research object of this dissertation.Based on the thorough analysis of the mine information system constructing actuality in our country and the enterprise information system constructing stage model proposed by Nolan, the current information system constructing task for our country's mine enterprises is put forward: to take mine enterprise as a whole entity and plan the mine information system, to develop and integrate the information system based on the plan, then execute the data and information management considering the overall situation to satisfy the demand of various management level(particularly to provide powerful support for the high level superintendents when they carry on strategic management ), finally enable the mine informationsystem construction to reach the mature stage.Based on above analysis, the dissertation lay emphasis on the mine information system plan and integration, and conducted the following researches:1 -. The mine information system architecture has been researched and designed, including:1st.- The enterprise information system architecture has been researched thoroughly, the four dimensionality information system architecture has been designed;2nd: Based on the four dimensionality information system architecture and the thorough research on the characteristic of mine enterprise, the mine information system architecture has been researched and designed;3rd: The mine information system realizing way has been researched;4th: The mine information system constructing foundational technology has been analyzed;5th: The mine information system development pattern has been researched.2^ In order to support the mine strategy management, the function and structure of the mine strategy management information support system have been researched and designed, including:1st: The necessity of the mine strategy management information support system has been analyzed;2n : The function of the mine strategy management information support system has been researched thoroughly;3rd: The foundational structure of the mine strategy management information support system has been researched thoroughly and designed;4th: The foundational structure of various subsystems composing the mine strategy management information support system have been researched and designed;3^ The mine data integrating and analyzing foundational platform has been developed and used, including:1st: The information system developing flow based on the CBD technology has been researched. Based on that, the developing flow of mine data integrating and analyzing platform has been designed;2nd: The mine data integrating and analyzing foundational platform has been designed and developed. The platform's function and the overall structure have been designed. The modules composing the foundational platform have been developed. Nearly 40 applied components have been developed as well as nearly 30,000 lines of codes have been programmed;3rd: Based on the foundational developing platform, one applied platform has been developed. The mine managers can obtain the management information support from the platform when they execute business management. The software obtains good appraisement.As the theoretical achievements, the mine information system architecture and the structure of mine strategy management information support system can provide the ideology ^ framework and architecture support for the mine manager and system developer when they plan mine information system construction and integrate information system.
