While the oil field come into mature period and increasing water cut induce more difficulty , the society come to the epoch of high oil price. In the face of contradiction between offer and need , people focus all their attention on unconventional oil reservoir such as permeability oil reservoir heavy oil coal-formed gas. Of course exploitation means must change. The measure of increase production Such as injection-polymer and hydrofracture is used in the oil field. Under the circumstances, experts in well test must temporize and lucubrate on unconventional well test. Unconventional well test including: Multi-phase flow well test, Non- Newton flow well test, Multi-well well test, complex well test, thermal recovery well test , coal-formed gas well test . The theory of thermal recovery seepage is the base of thermal recovery. The method of transient well test is important means of tutor and inspection. At present the research on these base on isothermal light oil model, have localization on well test.This paper for the first time studies the method of transient well test and the theory of thermal recovery seepage from the point of view of thermodynamic. Well test interpret software comes into application phase in Xin Jiang oil field. This paper innovate on (1) It first bring theory of thermal recovery seepage based on effective radius model to naturally fracture reservoir and two layer reservoir, and put forward that coupling effect can be replaced by concomitancy effect. The method simplify model and avoid complex numerical estimation. (2) This paper for the first time establishes the override model considering hest loss and instructs the exploitation means. (3) This paper finds the heat transfer in the wellbore cause the change of pressure in the wellbore, and relate the change of pressure with changing wellbore storage , establish model of changing wellbore storage. (4) This paper, taking into account the changing viscidity , studies the production decline analysis theory of individual well , draw a typical cure of individual well' s productivity decline , and analysis the factor which affect the rate. It introduces orthogonal transform and attain exact solution. (5) This paper supposesthat viscidity distribution of oil in the hot zone is power exponent. It studies the analysis theory of the pseudo-steady productivity in Thermally Stimulated Well.This study only is a abecedarian research, the method of transient well test and the theory of thermal recovery seepage must lucubrate on some aspects: (1)Bring single-well technology of numerical simulation to the research of this problem and establish a math model considering heat expansion, heat loss and gravitation. (2) SAGD is an familiar exploitation means, so we must develop Non-thermal seepage theory of horizontal well (3) Non-Newton flow well test in thermal recovery must be studied.
