| With the development of society and the improvement of science and technology, polymer materials are developing toward the high performance, functional, engineering and structural. Although nylonll has been prepared for nearly 50 years, compared with the application study on other nylon materials, its systematic study is still not complete. Reasearch on nylonll in foreign countries, which largely carried out before the 1970's, is mainly toward crystal structure and the basic theory of crystal structure. Although a large amount of work has been done on the application of the nylonll composite, there has no intensive and sys-temetic work be carried out on the plasticated super - toughening and the relationship between the micro - morphology and the properties of nylonll alloy. It is of urgent need to carry out research, application and toughening mechanism of the plasticated super - toughening nylonll alloy, which can filled up the gap of the the study on nylonll of our nation.This paper, which can be divided into three systems, initially investigated the toughening mechanism of nylonll and the crystal properties, mechanical properties, rheological properties of it's alloy. 1. nylon11/EXL - 2691core - shell impact modifier/compatabilizer ternary blend alloy systemIn this paper, first of all, systematic study was carried out on the crystal properties and crystal dynamic. The results showed that, core -shell impact modifier can act as nucleation agent, which can increase the crystallity, whereas after epoxy resin was added, nylonll show different crystallizing ability. The crystallity reach its peak when the content of epoxy is 1%, with the increase of epoxy resin content, the crystality decrease. From the results of polarity microscope's observation, its crystal exist in the form of micro - crystal grain, not spherical crystal.Iso - thermal study shows that, the crystallizing rate of nylon11/ EXL -2691 blend system, which with no compablitizer, is faster than that of nylonll, whereas after compabilizer-epoxy resin is added, with... |
