| Because of less anti-interference of hardware platform, clear contradiction between digital measurement algorithm and protection algorithm, less reliable field bus communication net in excisting mine digital relay protections, a new hardware platform of digital relay protection based on DSP and a anti-interference control interface of relay protection based on CPLD are designed; A fast electrical parameter DFT measurement algorithm and a fast high precision square root algorithm,a new overcurrent inverse-time algorithm based on overcorrect delay setting table are proposed. A dual-unit- hot-standby fault-tolerance logic control circuit is designed to improve the reliability of digital relay protection. A architecture of mine substation monitoring system based on CAN bus and relative design methods of CAN bus net interconnection device are presented. FIR digital filter design and DSP implement method improving electrical parament measurement accuracy is proposed. Also using fault-tree analysis, possible weak components resulting refusing action fault of dual-unit-hot standby is qualitively analyzed to provide scientific basis for high reliability digital relay protection design. Simulation test and industrial tests show that this new type of digital relay protection integrates telemetering, teleindication, telecommand, comprehensive protecting,has advantages such as high measuring accuracy, perfect protection feature, friendly human-machine interface,high communication reliability,powerful anti-interference capacity,completely eliminates problem of mis-action,maximizes DSP powerful digital signal processing to implement measuring and protecting filtering algorithms,which makes high cost performance of digital relay protection and has good expansibility of the constructed mine substation mornitoring system and popularizing value. |
