Purpose:examine the changes of risk factors for ectopic pregnancy in different decades in order to provide evidence for making effective interventions. Methods:We examined 910 patients of ectopic pregnancy in Tongji hospital in three different decades, which were divided into three groups(90 in 80s,318 in 90s and 502 in 00s), and made retrospective analysis according to the related risk fators including age, occupation, fertility history, abortion history, contraception measure and past operation history. Results:The mean age of three groups had no significant deviation (P>0.05), mostly between 26~30 years old, but the ratio of age 20~25 apparently increased than before (P<0.05). The ratio of patients who were unemployed people increased than before, among them which of students increased significantly. The ratio of patients who had abortion history also increased significantly than before, mainly as induced abortion (P<0.01). The ratio of patients who had no contraceptive measures increased significantly than before and which of contraception decreased (P<0.01). The ratios of patients who had operation history of uterine cavity in three groups were all exceed 60% and also increased gradually from 80s to 00s (P<0.01). The ratios of patients who had pelvic infection history also increased gradually from 80s to 00s (P<0.01)Conclusion:The patients of ectopic pregnancy become younger at the present stage and the ratio of patients unmarried or no childbirth has increased significantly. Nowadays the history of operation in uterine cavity and pelvic infection were the most important risk factors in pathogenesy of ectopic pregnancy. Purpose:Clinical analysis of cesarean scar pregnancy about its characters, diagnosis and treatmentMethods:We examined 29 patients of cesarean scar pregnancy in Tongji hospital between 2007.1.1—2010.6.30and made clinlic analysis according to the characters, diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Results:The incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy is about 2.85 per 2000 pregnancies. The clinical characters include suppressed menstruation, irregular uterine bleeding (sometimes hemorrhagic shock) and elevated blood HCG level. The final diagnosis depends on 3D color doppler ultrasonography. There are many kinds of therapy choices according to the patients' conditions. The curative effect of bilateral hypogastric artery ligation and excision of lesions on the cesarean scar is always satisfactory. Conclusion:The incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy has increased significantly in recent years. It may result in serious uterine bleeding which could be fatal. We must pay more attention to it, make final diagnosis promptly and choose the reasonable treatment.
