This experiments takes mouse infected by influenza virus dropping nose as the model and uses Yinqiaochaigui granules to carry out experiments. The NIH into the mice is randomly divided into nine groups:normal control group, model control group, Amantadine group, the group on high dose of traditional Chinese medicine, the group on medium dose of traditional Chinese medicine, the group on low dose of traditional Chinese medicine.There are10mice in each group. Under slight anesthesia caused by ether, the mice are infected by dropping influenza virus into the nose. After the day the virus attacks, medicine is given. Then, according to the objective of every expeiment, relevant indexes are measured. The experiments included:1. Acute toxicity of Yinqiaochaigui granules;2.The pharmacodynamics study including the lung exponent and life protection;3. Study of Yinqiaochaigui granules' influence on the phagocytizing function of IV FM1infected mice's macrophages.Result(1) Acute toxicity of Yinqiaochaigui granules:There is no mice died. The traditional Chinese medicine low/medium/high dose have no toxicity.(2)Study of Yinqiaochaigui granules'influence on the inhibition of the IV FM1infected mice's pneumonia:compared with normal control group, the lung exponent of the model group increase obviously which have significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the lung exponent of amantadine group and traditional Chinese medicine low/medium/high dose group all reduced which have significant difference (P<0.05). Besides, the correlation of lung exponent and the medicine dose are negative, inhibition rate of lung and the medicine are positive.(3) Study of Yinqiaochaigui granules, influence on the protection of the Ⅳ FM1infected mice, s death:Compared with model group, the average life time of the FM1infected mice in traditional Chinese medicine of high/medium/low dose groups all improved obviously;The life protection rate of the FM1infected mice in traditional Chinese medicine of high/medium/low dose groups were35%,25%,15%. The health extension rate of the FM1infected mice in traditional Chinese medicine of high/medium/low dose groups were38.06%,32.26%,25.18%. The life protection rate and the health extension rate of the FM1infected mice in amantadine group were60%,43.31%.(4) Study of Yinqiaochaigui granules'influence on the phagocytizing function of IV FM, infected mice's macrophages"Compared with normal control group, the OD(optical delnsity) of model group was lower (P<0.05) which indicate the phagocytizing function of IV FM1infected mice's macrophages reduced obviously;Compared with model group, the OD of medication groups were higher (P<0.05).ConclusionSummary, Yinqiaochaigui granules can alleviate the pathological changes in the lung of FM, infected mice and have a protective and life extension effect on FM1infected mice. Meanwhile, Yinqiaochaigui granules can improve the phagocytizing function of IV infected mice's macrophages so that have the regulative funcation of the immune.Cl inical ResearchMethodsThe research is a clinical trial adopts to prospective randomized controlled.We selected cases that meet the above criteria. A total of140patients enrolled in this study,140patients were randomly divided into healing group(Yin Qiao Chai Gui particles) and control group (Ke Gan Li Yan Oral Solution)。It was a clinical observation on140influenza patients with indicators which are including symptoms, signs, the efficacy of diseases, syndromes, the improvement on symptom score and so on.Result(1) Compare with the control groups, cure rate and total effective contrast, Statistically significant. Treatment group improve the clinical symptoms. P<0.05.(2) Prior treatment comparability test indicated that there weren't significant senses on the comparison about the average integral of symptoms. After1-day of courses:Through comparison, there was statistical significance on the differences between two groups on curative effects. P<0.05. After3-day treatment, there was a significant difference on improving cold symptom differences between two groups (P<0.05). After7-day treatment, there was a significant difference on improving the average integral of symptoms between two groups (P<0.05).(3) Prior treatment comparability test indicated that there was no significant difference on the comparison about the integral of fever, sore throat and headache.(P>0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference between two groups of improving effect on curing fever, sore throat and headache (P<0.05). The result cued that the curative effect on above-mentioned symptom of the healing group was better than control group.(4) It was confirmed that both of the healing and control groups were not drug toxicity and adverse events around the clinical research process.ConclusionYin Qiao Chai Gui particles Restoring Healthy Energy with significant clinical efficacy. It not only could relieving fever and improving the symptoms, but also regulating the immune system. It done better in diseases than Ke Gan Li Yan Oral Solution and the clinical detection was safe,efficacy and reliability.
