| Along with the medical mode turns from "creature medical mode" to "creature-psychology -society mode", clinical doctors pay more attention to how to improve the patients' quality of life (QoL). The QoL in the patients with malignant tumor is standing out. What is more, pain is the most common, most serious symptom in tumor patient, and the cancer pain can remarkably depress the QoL. How to relief the cancer pain and increase the QoL of tumor patients has become an obstacle to the whole world. At least 500 ten thousand cancer patients everyday in the whole world suffer from the pain, 50% among whom are middle to serious degree. WHO"three-step project "has been accepted by the whole world .But the cancer pain hasn't been controlled yet for some reasons. The patients have to put up with the pain. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a long history to outside used treating the cancer pain and has been proved effective. Because the Chinese herbal medicine is external used and can be absorbed by skin, closing to the pain part, avoiding to digests system's active blocking, and can avoid the poison or side effect of some poisons to the human body. So the Chinese herbal medicine has been widely used to treat in the tumor complications. But there are some limitations in product, efficacy, etc. Effective, low poisonous, easy use, and economical pain-killer medicine and method are urgently needed.Preparation trial: Tongkuaixiao Babu Plaster, made with the principle of invigorating blood and removing blood stasis, regulating Qi and resoving the mass, is an external Chinese medicine. Babu Plaster is adapted in this research owing to its many virtues that make it suitable for being used as a new external Chinese herb medicine production. This research studied in reforming the preparation .The primary quality tests showed that the Tongkuaixiao Plaster's stripping strength, glutinosity, cohesion were up to the standard enacted by the national pharmacopoeia. And the thin-layer chromatography was adopted to examine dl-THP, the primary element of this plaster. The result showed: There were dl-THP in this plaster and it could permeate the rat skin in 2 hours.Clinical trial: this study primarily fixed on the new and oldpreparation improving the QoL (quality of life ) of the patients with cancer pain .The random, control method was used and 65 patients with cancer pain were involved,32 in treatment group and 33 in control group . Tongkuaixiao BaBu Plaster and the Qutong Sprayer were used separately to treatment group and control group. The results indication :the general effect rate ,efficient time in treatment group were a little superior to those in control group ; the durative time ,the effective rate to â…¢ degree pain ,the QoL ,the satisfied degree in treatment group were remarkably superior to those in control group. Animal trial: The mechanic of cancer pain was complicated. Chinese herbal medicine relieving cancer pain was the result of compositive function. Spinal cord posterior horn â…¡lamina (substantia gelatinosa, SG)was the key point of the disservice information transferring and regulating in the nerve centre, and was called antalgic "strobe ". Immediate-early gene (IEG) c-fos gene took part in regulating the delivering of information inside the cell. The expression of c-fos gene could be treated as a mark of neuron stimulation. Fifty rats were separated into 5groups, and were treated differently after formalin injection into the vola. The results showed that Tongkuaixiao could remarkably impress the inflammation evoked by formalin , reduce the relief of PGE2 , impress the SP and Fos immunoreaction positive neuron in the Spinal cord posterior horn â…¡lamina. This effect could be partly interdicted by D2receiptor agitator Qui. The conclusion is: The mechanic of Tongkuaixiao BaBu Plaster's abirriation is an multi-access and multi-target progress and relate to relieving local inflammation medium and strengthening the function of down-restrain system. |
