| Hypospadias is one of the most common congenital anomalies of male urogenital system. The major deformity is the absence of the distant urine duct. At present, it is only by reconstructing the urine duct. that could treat it. But when we reconstruct the duct, we need the proper material. A lot of surgeron have use many kinds of transplant, including pedicled flap and free skin graft , such as the bladder mucosa , buccalmucosa, testicle sheath,peritoneum, intestinal…….Now the graft beingused to reconstruct the urine duct could be classified into two kind : one is the pedicled flap of the external genital system, the other is free graft .The characterities of the graft varied much , after it is used to reconstruct the duct, the evolution rule is variable .How to choose the material is a dispute clinically. Method Collagon fiber ,elastic fiber is compared by theMasson stain, Victoria blue stain and Strius red , the special construction of the collagen fiber is compared by electrical microscope . Immunity-histochemistry is used to quantify the sex hormone. HE stain isused to copared the thickness and the number of the capillary .Result... |
