Objective:To textual Ancient Chinese philosophy,《Huang Di' s Orthodox(Medical)Classic》and other Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) classical works etc. From the theoretical perspective, inquirement the evolution process of origin Yang-qi from daily diction to philosophical terms,then to the application for TCM, discuss Yang-qi's Concept,physiological functions and pathological process in the TCM theroy,No circulation Yang-qi' s Etiology and Mechanism,The importance of the Yang-qi circulation,The application of "Activating Yang Therapy" in TCM, Proposed the view that "No circulation Yang-qi" and "Phlegmy accumulation and Blood stasis" can be Cause-and-effect each other, they are the mechanism of many diseases'occur and developing, Including ischemia stroke,"Activating Yang Therapy" can be used to prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. The brain blood flow is very important.To implement Experiments by choosing Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract medicine.Experimental study:Objective:To investigate the effects of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract on the cerebral blood flow, serum VEGF and Apoptosis of neuronal cells of cerebral ischemic stroke rats model.Methods1:70 adult SD rats were Stochasticly divided into 7 groups:the normal group,the model group,the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group,the Low dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group,the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract with musk group,the Low dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract with musk group,the nimodipine group. then establish the model of cerebral ischemic stroke rats by MCAO. Checking brain blood flow and serum VEGF by using Laser Doppler Flowmeter and ELISIA. Resultsl:MCAO can lower blood flow of brain while the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract makes it higher.on the other side,MCAO can lower the content of VEGF in blood while the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract makes it higher. Conclusion the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract can improve blood flow of brain,can adjust the content of serum VEGF. Methods2:110 adult SD rats,half male and half female,which are randomized into 11 groups and 10 in each group which consists of normal group,model group,high-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group,medium-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group,low-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group,high-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract and musk group,medium-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract and musk group,low-dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract and musk group,ginkgo leaf tablet group,nimodipine group,nano-Preparations of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract group. To established the model of part acute cerebral ischemia rats by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) and monitor regional flow of cerebral with Laser Doppler Perfusion flowmeter after drug therapy. Detecting the expression of caspase-3 after cerebral ischemia in rats with the method of immunohistochemical stains. Marking Apoptotic neuronal cells by using terminal deoxynucleotidy transferase-mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL).Results2:The Regional flow were higher in the C than those in the untreated group and the expression levels of caspase-3 were lower in the C while higher in the untreated group.Conclusion:the high dose of Allium fistu osum L. bulbs extract can improve blood flow of brain,can adjust the content of serum VEGF. Botong capsule increases regional flow of cerebral and decrease the apoptosis of neurons.
