| Recently,more and more attention has been paid to natural silk, which is produced by a wide variety of insects, such as silkworms.About the silkworm vomitting mechanism and the preparation of regenerated-tussah silk, domestic and international have a lot of reports, but about tussah, especially the report of tussah in Liao-ning north is seldom seed. Using the tradition certainly solution of concertration and mix the solution of n(cacl2):n(C2H5OH):n(H2O)=1:2:8 couldn't make the tussah silk dissolved completely. In the second chapters, we groped out and prepared certainly silk of regenerated tussah of concertration method of solution of regenerated-tussah silk and studied the properties of its flowing and changing, studied the change of model proposed under the use of shear and the influence to the conformation transition of regenerated-tussah silk using under the metal ions, the results is following:(1)The flowing and changing properties of regenerated-tussah silk is very difference to flowing and changing of nature of convention solution of thing getting together.Under the same concentration,the more shear, the more order arrange along the shear direction of function to the molecule of regenerated-tussah silk; Under the same shear, the more concentration of regenrated-tussah silk,the more structure transform of optics every the same nature face to the optics every face the opposite nature.(2)In the wake of Ca2+ concertration dialysis solution, the critical shearing is lower to the regenerated-tussah silk in the wake of pure water and running water dialysis, this indicate that Ca+ can promote theβsubdued crystalizing.(3)In seek for the process of mechanism of silkworm vomitting, scientific worker did a lot of studys and works, we think that the more and more fine the front silk gland of silkworm peculior and the change of shear in the vomitting silk pipe and the silkworm contained metal ions (Ca2+,K+ et al) are the main reasons of silk melting happened,so forming the properties out-standing silk. Nano materials have the excellent properties, the suitable nano particle can strengthen the material's particularity in one certain respect.In third chapters, we used the function of vibration of ultrasonic wave and disperse and joined TiO2 directly into the fibroin solution.,through controling nano-TiO2 and fibroin propertion and pH, it can controled growing of nano-TiO2, we prepared a series tussah fibroin composite fime of containing nano-TiO2 The nature holdiing each other of fibroin and TiO2 particle and the structure of fibroin after joined nano-TiO2 decided the properties of fibroin composite fime. We tested and analysised the composite fime through SEM,DSC,XRD,IR,TG, the results showed that joined nano-TiO2 appropriatly, it can even disperse fibroin solution; the Tm of composite fime is higher than pure fibroin fime; Heat stability of the composite fime is raised; Structure crystalizes of composite fime is changed from silkâ… to silkâ…¡;The tests of Inflexible properties indicated that the intensity of breaken energe of tussah silk,the stretched rate and the model elasticity are all raised certainly, its breaking is raised bigger, it is because the internal of tussah silk fromed the more manyβ-structure, tussah silk exists 200nm tiny diameter, it may make nano-TiO2 enter into them, so the properties of mechanic is raised.
