Jin Yue-Lin and Feng You-Lan are famous philosophers in modern Chinese history. In 1930s and 1940s, with the neo-realism and the method of logistic analysis for tool, they established the new ontological philosophical systems each through reinterpreting the Traditional philosophical concepts. The conception of Principle and Qi, the view of disposition, the view of rule and the relationship between the heaven and human are the theoretical framework. Because of the common theoretical foundation and philosophical tools, the meanings of the important conceptions in their systems are the same basically.First of all, Principle and Qi are basic concepts in their systems each. There are three main features of the Principle. it's the ultimate reason and principle of the existence of the world. It's the highest virtue. It's eternal Non-entities. There are also three main features of the Qi:it's pure stuff; it's logic concept in pure form; it's active eternally. Secondly, Nature and Emotion are the core concepts in their philosophical systems each. As the universal, Nature is the ultimate reason of the world. As the particular, Emotion is the eternal performance of the things. All things in the world are trying to unify themselves with the universals. Jin Yue-Lin and Feng You-Lan insisted on the doctrine of good human nature. They affirmed the rationality of the existence of the human desire. Thirdly, through reinterpreting Li-Shi and Destiny-Yun, they set forth the view of rule. Li is the interrelatedness of universals and Shi is the change of things in Jin Yue-Lin's philosophical system. Li is the ultimate reason and principle of the existence of the world; Shi is the actual existence in Feng You-Lan's philosophical system. Jin Yue-Lin tried to argue for the certainty of the causality and established the ontology foundation for science through reinterpreting the Li-Shi. Feng You-Lan tried to illustrate the rule of the social change. In their philosophical systems, concerning the things, destiny is inevitable. But the Yun is changeable. Finally, they explained the "Nature and Humanity" ideology by reinterpreting the "The Promise and Tai Chi". There are two basic principles of the "Nature and Humanity" ideology. The first basic principle is that all things in the world improve themselves objectively in an infinite time. Next, with realizing all things are integrated, people achieve the unity of man and nature. To generalize, their philosophical system is homogenous, can be called neo-confusion. The thought of transition of them can be summarized three points: establishing the belonging of sprint for the traditional philosophy; achieving the transition by the method of logistic analysis; containing the faith in the transition. There are four basic features of the Neo-confusion. Firstly, it insists on the co-existence of the universals and the particulars. Secondly, Principle and Qi are the basic concepts in the system. Thirdly, Nature and Emotion are the core concepts in the system. Finally, realizing the utility between human and nature is the ultimate goal of the system.
