With deepening reflection of modernity, the traditional cultural continuity and the practical value of traditional concern. Tradition is no longer considered a dead past, but from the past to the present, and into the future of the lively cultural factors, it would be the creation of new important part of civilization.Shamanism is a primitive religion of mankind, but also an important component of human culture. With the religious culture of research, on the understanding of shamanism has also undergone a qualitative change. Shamanism is no longer regarded as primitive peoples ignorance and superstition that people anecdotes, but as a rational human thought and religion, an important basis for academic research, to new religious ideas of shamanism in-depth and comprehensive study has been investigated in depth.Study of Shamanism in China attracted a large number of religious scholars, ethnologists, folklorists, and cultural scholars of shamanism into a unique, content-rich academic field, and in the ethnography and folklore study, and achieved fruitful results.Korean academic research in this field has made many achievements, but has not been understood by domestic counterparts. Therefore, in order to make up for the shortage of domestic academic research, it is necessary to study on the basis of Korean academia recent research as well as giving a comprehensive introduction of it. In this sense, this paper has the value of information and academic as well as innovation.In the long history of evolution, Korean shaman culture formed its own unique culture, that is, Shamanism. South Korea is the state in which Shamanism is well preserved. Deep-rooted Korean Shamanism, Korean culture since ancient times rooted in the grassroots level, is the foundation of Korean culture. It affects the Korean world view, values and way of life. Korean Shamanism has a strong vitality in the modern South Korea's political, economic and social life continues to play its due role. Therefore, Shamanism is the key to understanding Korean culture.In this paper, on the basis of prior studies from a cultural perspective attempts to study the characteristics of Korean Shamanism and historical evolution, analysis of the different historical stages of change and transformation characteristics, focuses on the vitality of Korean Shamanism and modern culture source value, that is, more Korean Shamanism has preserved the historical, social and cultural reasons and Shamanism in the modern state of existence.In this article I think and solve the main problem is that Korean Shamanism reason to be preserved. Around the theme of the author, based on the research in the first try was their own research.This article is divided into four chapters were discussed. The first chapter is an overview of Korean Shamanism. This chapter summarizes the characteristics of Korean Shamanism and Cultural Significance of Korean Shamanism. Characteristics of Korean Shamanism from the basic structure of Shamanism, analyzing summarizes Wu, Wu Ji, South Korea, Shamanism gods system. Korean Shamanism is a cultural phenomenon, the paper analyzes the five South Korean Shamanism cultural significance. First, Shamanism is a people-oriented culture; second digestion Shamanism is a culture of resentment; third, Shamanism is a kind of entertainment worship God culture; fourth, Shamanism is a drinking song and dance culture; Fifth, Shamanism is a culture of harmony and unity.The second chapter discusses the history of Korean Shamanism evolution and characteristics of the times. The main contents of this chapter three. First, the history of Korean Shamanism evolved; second, Shamanism relations with other religions; Third, South Korea, Shamanism Reasons to be preserved. Among them, the first and second part is the study of historical documents and the first comprehensive analysis and summary of the third part is the author of the collation of independent thinking, the author discusses these three aspects.The third chapter discusses the modern society of Korean Shamanism. The main content of this chapter on the status of Korean shamanism, Shamanism and the personal beliefs of the study analysis, further confirmed the Shamanism exists in the reality of modern society and its impact on Korean society and the role. Shamanism in Korea, Korean people have infiltrated the economic production and social life, it can be said Shamanism throughout the entire life of Korean people.The fourth chapter art and culture from Shamanism and the relation, mainly through the performing arts with Korean characteristics-drive cable, the mask, analysis of agricultural study music, further evidence of the characteristics of Korean Shamanism.This study ideas:First, the characteristics of Shamanism and Shamanism historical evolution and characteristics of the times to find Korean Shamanism can be preserved intact, with a theoretical basis for vitality. Secondly, in modern Korean society to find out Shamanism existential status and characteristics, further evidence of Shamanism in Korea, the argument is indeed intact.As a national cultural tradition, Shamanism has strong explanatory power of the academic, cultural interpretation of this law intended interpretation of Korean Shamanism, in the process of investigation and analysis, literature search method will be applied, which lasted comparison, when a total of Comparative Law, comprehensive analysis and other research methods.
