, also named , is a collection of articles about arguement on ceremonies and etiquettes of Pre-Qin Dynasty by kong Zi, his disciples, and scholars of young age. Before the establishment of Qin Dynasty, some of these articles were spread solely; some were kept in books written by disciples of kongZi, some others were experted and edited as annotation in books by other Confucian scholars. So, it has not only one authors, and the editing period is rather long. recorded decrees, name and descriptions of things, and institutional systems, primely of Zhou Dynasty. It also kept the document of the ceremonies and etiquettes on rites of grownup, marrige, offering sacrifices to gods and ancesters, the acception of gods and ancesters, banquet and feast, worship the emperor, and diplomatical activities, it natrurally kept the thoughts of Confucians too. some of these articles focus on one subjiet, such as , etc. some are not and have different subjects for each chapters, such as , , , etc.These articles consists of 4 parts, they are "documents from the last stage of Spring and Autumn Period to early stage of Warring states Period " ; "Documents of middle stage of Warring States Period" ; "Documents from middle-latter to the last stage of Warring States Period" ; "The editting and spreading of in East Han Dynasty" .
