Thus we can expose the essence of the truth, the inner route of the truth operation, the way and method of using and developing truth more effectively.The logical structure of this paper is listed as the following.Chapter One: Network Is Changing Everything.Mainly giving the answers to the question of what role the network plays in the current development. Through the study on the various impacts which brought by the widespread use of network technology to the social development and human being, the paper points that network really influence people's way of life, way of working and learning, way of practice, the ability and the way of acquiring, mastering and creating the truth.Chapter Two: Network and Correspondence Theory of Truth.This chapter mainly concerns whether "Correspondence theory of Truth" is still valuable in this network era. In the present writer's view, this theory is redefined and becomes diverse. Various assumptions on truth have neither been able to basically change truth's nature of correspondence nor swap it in spite of the criticism and attack it has. It is possibly acknowledged that the assumptions are developed to a certain extend centering around "correspondence theory of truth ", which is the basic of all theories of truth. Marxist theory of truth is also the "correspondence theory of truth", which is the present form of it. What the new questions this theory facing is certainly that the objects, practice and cognition are "virtual". However, "virtual" is one kind of object and existence, meanwhile, a medium to reality and even one part of reality, because the "virtual" produced by network enriches reality into diverse forms instead of changing it downrightor turning into virtual. "Virtual" does not change the nature of the theory, but endues it with the content and forms of virtual. The "correspondence", we get in the virtual environment, may be called "virtual correspondence". A certain cognition, be it virtual cognition, is definitely the correspondence and subjective existence with relative objects when it is regarded as the truth on objects including virtual objects. Therefore, the application of network generally enhances truth's value such as cognition value, belief value, practice value, life value and society value although it weaken at some aspects. In the meantime, the application influences some properties of truth, but it enrich them and enables us to understand better the objectivity, subjectivity, sociality and history of truth.Chapter Three: Network and Truth's Environment.This chapter relates to what the environment truth exists is like. The environment of truth is classified into 4 aspects: the society's truth consciousness, level of allowance in the society, realistic channels and methods, current status of subject. It is pointed out that the truth's environment is mainly characterized as large-scaled industry, practice and science; the unity of opposite between reality and virtual; the contradiction between multi-source of truth information and variety of truth consciousness; the contradiction between information accumulation and information contamination; the unity of opposite between science spirit and humanity spirit, bilateral development of subjective truth accomplishment, the society's belief crisis and the thinking way of relativism etc. The thesis also analyzes the nature and function of truth consciousness, the performance and role of the split and the integration of the truth consciousness, which shows that the truth's environment has become more complicated with both negative and positive influences in this network era.Chapter Four: Network and the Networking Modality of Truth.This chapter is to answer the question of what the truth's modality is. Truth's modality is the realistic existence of truth and is also the basic form of displaying, existing, developing and being realized and applied.
