Around the years of the establishment of the People's Republic China, Mao Tsetung and other leaders of Central Committee estimated the situation as severity, meantime's, the new regime needed new ideology. Mao Tsetung and other leaders not only paid extremely attention to the ideological reconstruction of citizen, but also never ignored the political ideology of the intellectuals. Therefore, as soon as the establishment of the PRC, the reconstruction of superstructure with new political and cultural ideology was underway like a raging fire. The theme of "The biography of WuShun" was to "indicate the spirit of WuShun to work for poor children", however, the film had also the plots of "revolutionary theory" and "revolutionary path" , which resulted into the effect to violate new ideology. The "inappropriate" film was approved because the specific historical situation. When the film was popular, Mao thought this situation represented the capitalist ideology was booming. Therefore, in the middle of march in 1951, Mao ordered a "general" critique, this could not achieve the anticipated political effect because of its mild way, consequently, Mao started an extensive movement of political criticism, and carried out a series of political movement, but he emphasize that "the movement was to aim to affair rather than person" .The criticism of political movement itself has its intrinsic logic, when the criticism confronted the intrinsic morass, the under-best execution, the puzzlement of civil, in order to "prove the accuracy of the highest leader", the political leaders movement of criticism adopted inevitably the measurement of determining the nature politically, making-up the fact, morally uglifying, etc. To take ShangHai for an example, in this article, the conclusion is that, the local government had its own emphasis to criticize "The biography of WuShun", and the execution was not only perfunctory to central government but also a response to it. This first extensive movement of criticism in the field of ideology and culture has great effect to the Republic history although the result of movement was somewhat "random city".
