These are the core questions to be answered in this study. Bing Zhong Luo Village is such a natural-humanity system with unique features. On the other hand, the inconvenient traffic and relatively stable population contribute to its relative seclusion. What does this have to do with the formation of the national moral value? Under the circumstance of increasingly globalized world, invasive information of various kinds through internet, television and other media are a shock on the lifestyle and value-orientation of each and every person in Bing Zhong Luo Village. The national cultural ecosystem of Bing Zhong Luo Village will be analyzed through three levels: ecology-livelihood, society-history and culture-psychology. The study uses for reference from the variable system measuring inter-nationality relations, and applies eight operable indexes to analyze the inter-nationality relations in Bing Zhong Luo Village in accordance with the specific conditions in the area and proves that the relationship among the ethnic groups in Bing Zhong Luo Village is harmonious. The eight operable indexes are 1) language use; 2) settlement pattern; 3) ethnic intermarriage; 4) economic communication among ethnic groups; 5) friend numbers; 6) weapon fight among ethnic groups, its frequency and reasons; 7) religion; 8) migration of ethnic groups. The study shows that in the course of history, Bing Zhong Luo Village enjoys favorable climate and geographical position and support of the people under the interaction of natural environment, social environment and spiritual environment. Therefore, an ideal situation featuring harmonious coexistence among ethnic groups and social stability are achieved, which offer rich soil for the national moral value to grow and mature. Furthermore, the climate and geographical position and social relations in the area deposit stable national cultural psychology. Interwoven and interactive, the three elements form the national cultural eco-environment in Bing Zhong Luo Village, and then influence the growth, development and inheritance of the national moral value.2. The relationship among the ethnic groups in Bing Zhong Luo Village is harmonious, and the community enjoys an atmosphere of solidarity and harmony. With the good living and working environment and traditional virtue, people develop the moral characters featuring solidarity, mutual assistance, respect the old and love the minor, goodness, hospitality, honesty, altruism, diligence and simplicity, which are passed on from one generation to another and maintain harmony and stability of the cultural diversity in the community. This study probes the contents of the national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village from three aspects: man and nature, man and man, man and society. The first is the relation between man and nature. Bing Zhong Luo Village boasts a perfect combination of man and nature. People love and revere nature, forming a moral value of "harmony between human being and nature". The second is the relation between man and man. Taking settlement pattern as the unit, this study examines the moral value between man and man through the relations between people among and within administrative villages; between natural villages and people within natural villages; between groups and people within groups; between families and family members. Finally, the study comes up with "benevolence", "righteousness", "filial piety", "courtesy", "sincerity" and "frugality" to generalize the core of interpersonal relations in Bing Zhong Luo Village. The third is the relation between man and society. Research shows that if moral value of the society (except for the law which entails legal means) is violated, the people in Bing Zhong Luo Village will use the following four ways to deal with the conflicts and disputes which is judged by god or wizard in the past and meditated by village directors nowadays; 1) taboo; 2) customary law; 3) religion; 4) social pressure. These methods all embody the value integration of its social members, with each individual finding an equilibrium point in the group objectives for his or her own aspiration, and finally shape people's basic moral value, standardize their behaviors and coordinate the relations between man and nature, between different parts of society to ensure relative stability and harmonious development in society.3. There exist such problems in the moral education in schools in Bing Zhong Luo Village as unification of teaching material, teaching contents breaking away from students' life reality and teacher shortage. The moral education in schools cannot maintain its dominating position in shaping the morality of its social members. As a matter of fact, in the long history of development, the national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village has formed a unique moral education system, its inheritance realized by means of national family education, community education, religious education and other kinds of education.4. Comparing the inheritance of national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village with all education factors in the moral education in schools, the study finds that the moral education in schools is characterized by uniform teaching objective, simplistic and traditional teaching method, inflexible teaching form and narrow teaching time-space, while the various kinds of moral education outside school originate from real life with diversified and colorful means. The objective of inheritance of national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village is making a "social man", with fuzzy boundary among different educators, colorful teaching methods, diversified teaching forms, which pervade every corner of society. The enlightenments drawn from the contribution of inheritance of the national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village to constructing a harmonious society, developing multi-culture education and helping the uniform moral education in schools get out of the trouble are as follows:Enlightenment 1: Multi-approaches are needed to realize moral education in multi-cultural environment. There is neither good or bad education nor advanced or backward education, only suitable or unsuitable education. There is no one educational model that is complete and perfect. Moral education cannot adopt the local educational model like that in Bing Zhong Luo Village simply because the moral education in schools is uniform, standard and simplistic, which breaks away from the students' life reality; rather, it is reinforcement of the organic connection between the two forms of education and sublation of different forms of education. The diversification of national moral education in Bing Zhong Luo Village will complement the standard moral education in our country and jointly promote the development of moral education. Enlightenment 2: Moral education should originate from life and return to life. Life is not only the starting point but also the stay point of moral education. On the one hand, life gives meaning to moral education; on the other hand, moral education is for life. Enlightenment 3: The study advances that the existence or extinction of national moral value in Bing Zhong Luo Village remains a problem in the process of globalization.
