U.S.Occupation Policy To Japan And Reconstruction Of Japanese Labor-Capital Relations

Labor reform is one important composing part of Demilitarization and Demilitarization Policy, with the purpose of eradicating Japanese militarism, promoting and supporting the developments of Japanese freedom as well as democracy labor union and labor movement, establishing labor management relation with characters of Democracy and Stability, which in turn to realize the reconstruction of Japan. As the reform is the policy originated from the Occupied Period of Japan, therefore, its orientation and nature is influenced a lot by the changes of policy imposed on Japan by USA. Originated from the phase of policy imposed on Japan by USA, the thesis analyses the influence on labor policy and labor management relation imposed by occupying policy of different periods, taking the issue and implementation of MacArthur'letter and Government Decree二0一as the turning point of Occupying Policy on Japan by USA, studies the forming background and process of Japanese labor legislature under system and regulation of occupied period, and discusses the relationship between the Occupying Policy on Japan by USA and restructure of Japanese labor management relation. Through summarizing and analyzing historical data, the thesis has revealed the object of labor reform on Japan implemented by USA and the essence of Occupying Policy on Japan by USA.Thesis consists of introduction, body, and conclusion.The introduction presents the current situation of the study on this subject made by academia from home and abroad, and states the study methodology of the subject and academic value.The body is divided into five articles.Article One The Establishment of Occupying Policy Imposed on Japan by USA and the Formation of Labor Policy.
