To expand the democracy in cadre work, is the main target and the orientation in the reform of the cadre and personnel system; is also the necessity of building modern socialism democratic politics theory's demands; is not only the need of building harmonious society of socialism but also the requirement of deeply Implementing and applying scientific outlook on development; is the indispensable necessary measure of keeping our Part being an invincible position, even still the request of the theories of socialist market economy. At the same time, to expand the democracy in cadre work, is the objective requirement in reform of the political structure, the inevitable choice of rectifying the cadre of style of work, the basic approach for improving leader's level of job. To expand the democracy in cadre work is important and significant for the reform of the cadre and personnel system and our modern socialism democratic political development.To expand the democracy in cadre work, now, the critical point is to achieve the increment of democracy in cadre work and the quality improvement.
