Industrialization And Information Technology: The History Of Selection

With the stronger wave of informationization, China, as a major one of the developing countries and because it has not completed its industrializing mission, is forced to confront with the challenges of both information and industrialization. So our research try to make an analysis in theory on the history, the antinomy in real-life and decision-making. The whole article is divided into four major parts: Part One: Introduction梩he double choices of China. What this part has definitely offered are main issues, the analysis and the ways to resolve them. In this part, under an impersonal practicing and academic background, we point out that the main aim of this article is basing on the successes both internal and overseas has achieved. We turn our attention onto the internal relevance between informationization and industrialization. By these all theory researches and fulfilling summaries, we look forward to provide China, a latecomer, a scientific and practical way through which it can surpass the formers. Part Two: sections one: General. This section can be regarded as fundamental theories collections because it mainly discusses some basic theories concerned the chosen issues and are also expected to lay a necessary foundation for the overall studies. In chapter one, for the sake of defining informationization and industrialization scientifically, it begins by reconsidering the problem of what is economy, especially the popular phenomenon in western economy of the subject of economy is how to distribute the limited resource to various purpose. and reaffirms Marx抯 definition on political economy; it points out that human being is the subject of economic activity and that to satisfy people抯 all kinds of need through the developing of production and exchange is the theme of economic activities, and then depending on the internal logic in production and exchange, it sums up what are informationization and industrialization and what are their characters .In chapter Two and chapter Three, we theoretically discuss the similarities and differences on formatting of informationization and industrialization and explain the effect of the factors such as science and technology, system, and demand against the developing of informationization and industrialization on theory. The character of this research is that aiming at different study opinions in the world and standing on a comprehensive understanding of the theories of Marxian Economy, Neoclassicism, New Growth Theory, New System Theory, Evolving Game Theory, we master the 搃nnovating?subject during the evolving of informationization and industrialization, and boldly make the theory of turning excess surplus value would turn Into relative surplus value the clue of whole analysis. Thereby the Marxian Economy and Western Economy would be combined in a new way. Then, the Chapter Four makes a further discussion on evaluating the progress of informationization and industrialization. Part Three: section two: history and actuality. This section provides a historic and paradigmatic review on the main issue that is raised in the first section. And there are two chapters in this section. In Chapter Five, we will the try to find out the gap between us and the formers during the process of industrialization by recalling and comparing the historic clue of industrialization in China and that of overseas. At the same time, we want to find out the causes of our slow situation and sum up some experiences and lessons after considering all the facts.
