The CPC is the leader of our country and social life. The CPC is a strong core of leadership in socialist modernization cause. China must stick to leadership of the CPC if China wants to walk on socialist road and fulfills our great national rejuvenation. The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC has made a decision on building up the Party's governing capacity that pointed to the correct direction for strengthening party building under the condition of governance. Building up the Party's governing capacity necessarily demands to improve the Party's style of governance continuously. Through improving the Party's style of governance continuously, we can enhance the efficiency of our Party's governance, build up the Party's governing capacity and improve its art of leadership and governance. Therefore, we can solidify the status of our Party's governance and fulfill the mission of our Party's governance. Basically, improving the Party's style of governance demands that our Party should exercise state power according to science, state power according to democracy, state power according to law in practice. State power according to democracy is the basic demand of improving the Party's style of governance. State power according to law is the basic way of the Party's style of governance. Exercising state power according to the law is the most effective way which can combine the Party's leadership with leading and supporting the people in acting as the masters of the country, and is the most basic law of governance which the Party should obey in order to realize scientific governance. The thesis studies on the Party's style of governance by applying the basic principle of Marxism and the basic theory of Party building, and by relating to the history and actuality of the Party's governance closely. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the theory analysis of the governance style of modern party. The second chapter shows the historical review of the Party's style of governance. The third chapter demonstrates the actuality analysis of the Party's style of governance. The fourth chapter focuses on realizing legalization of the Party's style of governance. The first chapter emphasizes on the basic governance principles of modern party. The chapter analyzes and specifies the basic contents on the governance style of modern party and the major governance model of modern party. Generation, existence and development of modern party is to try to control, lead and impact state power, and try its best to realize his own political program and political objectives. Party governance means that the party has acquired state power by means of certain way and acted as a ruling party through controlling and applying state power. The activities include leading our county, managing the society, integrating benefits, bringing benefits to people. Activity of the ruling party is embodied by the style of governance. The chapter analyzes and summarizes the basic main factors about governance style. The chapter also shows the nature of the Party's style of governance. It is the formal reflection that ruling class, stratum and groups realize their benefits by means of state power. The thesis puts forward that the basic contents of the Party's style of governance mainly include the principles of citizen authorization, power control, power application, power limitation, legal system norm.
