The Political Identity Of The Basic Theoretical Research

Political Identification is a relatively outlying study category in the political studies. Previous studies normally defined political identification as a kind of "feeling" or "experience" and analyzed it through the psychology and political culture. As a response to the lack of theoretical study on political identification and the need for the understanding of social and political realities, this article is an attempt on the fundamental theory of political identification.Base on available literatures and recent progress on political identification study, the basic structure of this article is constructed through applying ontology, systematology and relationship theory to the fundamental study on political identification. For the first time, this article defined political identification as the sum of identical motions, attitudes and corresponding political behaviors the social members form toward political systems. This concept incorporates the political identification into the category of political practice, which identifies practicality as the nature of political identification. The process of political identification is a practical progress of interactions among identification subject, identification object and multiple social factors. The outcome of variable relations forms certain political identification states, those basic forms can be categorized as conscious identification, passive identification, pseudo identification and political apathy. Political identification is a system which has its own systematical structure and specialized functions; a system base on the internal tensions of its stability and variability, consistency and diversity, value-orientation and interest-orientation.In political identification activities, personal need is the primary motivation and the correlation of personal interests is the axis. The correlation and interaction of political identification subject and object in the identifying activity are mainly represented through the interactive progress of the political power and political rights. In a certain society, the elements of political validity, status of political function, framework of interest relations and the change of political environment all contribute to the evolving of political identification. The political identification crisis, by its nature, is the crisis of validity, which is concerned with the escalation of social interests' conflict, the disturbance of political orientation models, the failure of political integration and the shift of the international environment. Integration of political identification resources primarily relies on the ideological predominance, the impartiality of political function, political performance evaluation optimization, and the cultivation of political culture.Political identification has certain value function; is the foundation of political order and political stability and is moving along with the political development.
