In this study, the Chinese Women's national team soccer players in the process of preparing for the Olympic Game as research object, through the literature method, survey method, interview and experimental method such as a variety of research methods, the theory and practice of the physical fitness assessment of China's best women's soccer player have been studied. The main conclusions are as follows:1) Studies have shown that:Soccer fitness training evaluation system can be divided into physical fitness assessment and evaluation of two subsystems game, while training fitness evaluation, including the two kinds of evaluation model, that is, laboratory evaluation model and field test evaluation model, competition fitness evaluation includes analysis and evaluation of competition model. Laboratory evaluation models, including the main elements of the body shape and body assessment, field evaluation model tests to evaluate mainly physical, while the competition analysis evaluation model include games and competitions running functional capacity evaluation.2) The fat content of Chinese women's football players elite athletes compared with other countries, no significant differences. Nutritional and dietary problems are:lack of carbohydrate intake. Some members of insufficient intake of vitamins, mainly the lack of B vitamins, is not conducive to the recovery of the nervous system fatigue. Reasonable ratio for three meals a day, relatively dry breakfast, snacks too.3) The laboratory level of physical function tests including functional aerobic, anaerobic function and muscle function, the test indicators such as maximum oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold, anaerobic power and isokinetic knee muscle strength, and use percentile evaluation index was established by single level evaluation criteria.4) The results of the blood indicators for monitoring, hemoglobin varies little, and always maintain a relatively high level; blood urea changed little, and always maintain a relatively stable level; and changing range of serum creatine kinase large, the week before the Olympic Games remains at a high level; more frequent changes of serum changes, but only slightly, remain at relatively high levels. These monitoring results suggest that the physical conditions of Chinese Women to adjust the basic proper, consistent with the requirements before the training.5) The aerobic function (YO-YO indicators) to monitor results, the overall upward trend in the state, and only slightly decreased when the six weeks before the Olympics. Athletes from different locations of test results, the avant-garde players and defenders of aerobic function of the overall upward trend, while the forward players are basically the rise, only slightly lower when the six weeks before the Olympic Games. Players in the test data from three comparative point of view, compared with avant-garde and Guard members have the clear edge forward, aerobic function is relatively strong.6) OmegaWave system of laboratory test results with the traditional function test with high relevance, aerobic and anaerobic function functional correlation coefficients were 0.78 and 0.82 shows that system to function test is valid. OmegaWave system function compared with laboratory tests have obvious advantages and can test in the break of the player, no pressure and invasive, does not require players to spend lengthy physical movement, simple and immediate feedback on test results. It is recommended that this system can been used to evaluate the state of athletes before the game dynamic, long-term monitoring, to provide a basis for training.7) The results showed that:the selected indicator system could reflect the specific physical standard of women's soccer players. The use of AHP to determine the weight of the different indicators, YO-YO test is 0.4, Illinois test is 0.32, Jumping test is 0.28. Finally, the single and comprehensive evaluation grade standards were established according to the median percentile, and validate by the method of Kam. The result shows that the results of objective and subjective evaluation of the correlation coefficient of 0.76, indicating that this evaluation system has a higher efficiency degrees.8) The total running distance of the Chinese national women scoccer players is 8838±667 m, sprint running 175±126 meters, high-speed run 458±166 m, moderate speed running 1558±354 m, low-speed running 2184±366 meters, jogging 2067±217 meters, jog the following levels of 2396±348 meters.The characteristics of running in game of the players of different position:with total distance, the most midfield players, the striker then, the smallest fullback; with Sprint up, the striker most, followed by a midfield players, fullback at least. The evaluation standard of running ability in game of Chinese national women's football players has been established by use of percentile method.9)The comparative study of physical fitness of training and competition concludes that three kinds of evaluation models have different characteristics and applications, but also have their own advantages and disadvantages, in the practical application of the process of selection according to the actual need for flexibility in application. The study analyst the relevance of test results of three models of Chinese women soccer players from the perspective of endurance evaluation.The result shows:the total distance running in soccer game with the YO-YO test and VO2max test, the correlation coefficients are 0.07 and 0.283, and the YO-YO test and VO2max test,the correlation coefficient of 0.625, which shows the correlation degree of laboratory test, field test to running ability test in soccer game is very low, however laboratory test and field test have high degree of correlation.
