Under the care of the Leadership of the CPC Central Committee and State Council, the Youth Football Program at School in China carried out jointly by the State Sports General Administration and Ministry of Education closely with each other. Through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, the study Summarized the value status and classification of the Youth Football Program at School in China, and then gave the corresponding strategies, which to solve the problems existing in the promotion of the implementation process. The study helps rich and perfect the theoretical system and keeps the health and sustainable development of the Youth Football Program.Through research the author gets the following conclusion:(1). The Youth Football Program at School in China is a government-led public welfare. It is the power of young people to enjoy basic sports right, and the basic premise of its development is the study level of the students. (2). The Youth Football Program at School in China is the most effective means of keeping fit of students, the good choice for Sunlight sports, the basic measures for football knowledge and skills popularity, the must-go road to train talented football players, the best way to carry out the education for all-round development, and the effective medium for city and school culture construction. The value for football knowledge and skills popularity is the core of the activities, and the national youth soccer activities carried out on campus should focus on the value. (3).
