The Research On Policies And Practice For Chinese Elite Players' Education

after new China founded, China has issued many policies about education for the elite players based on "National holding system" and educational system. Some effects can be seen what energized by these policies. But under the changing process from planned economy to market economy, there is a gap between the elite players' education and our social developing, professional skills lacking strictly makes them hard on their later lives, and this affects greatly on their professional development and social value achievement. also affected our national sports developing greatly. Documents, questionnaire, interview, statistical methods are used in my research, so as to study the historical and present conditions about Chinese elites' players education, also some other countries' elite players educational system to be studied in this article. This study shows that though there are many measures and regulations to improve Chinese elite players' educational level, and diversified, multi-levels, multi-ways of elite players'education system to be formed. elite players became more easy to study in all kinds of schools. But there are still many problems hard to be solved, such as lack of teaching resources, good teachers lost, inadequate money, insufficient sport markets, big gap between players' teaching goal and social demands, and the conflicting in different regulations. In the aim of creating better circumstances for the sports developing, and making the players to do more for our society, this article based on the continuing developing, systematic, socialization and social needs theories, to put forward some suggestions for Chinese elite players' educational policy:to impress on social abilities in teaching, and improve the teaching quality in nine-years-obligation-education. For the reason of elite players social value achivement, to make the regulations more perfect relating the elite players' education, so they can reach higher levels in learning. To give more instruction, consultation and supervision on elite players educating and professional skill training. We should give more assistance in sports professional training in many different ways according to our social economical condition, to perfect sports professional market. The ministry of education should give more impression in elite players education, so as to afford better resources in their teaching process. The training and national tradition sport majors which mainly take in sports players in universities should be specialized with professional training according to players' later work condition.
