A Reseach On The Ideological And Political Education And Social Identity Of The Socialist Core Value System

As "The CPC Central Committee's Decision to a Number of Major Issues on Building a Socialist Harmonious Society", passed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee, pointed out,"Socialist core value system is fundamental for building harmony culture." The report in Party's17th Congress further reinforced that,"to effectively integrate the socialist core value system into national education and the whole process of spiritual civilization, transforming to the conscious pursuit of the people.And to actively explore the effective way of utilizing socialist core value system to lead social thought, initiatively handle well the ideological work." The socialist core value system is the dominant value for building a harmony society, and to seek the extensive social identity is not only the basic objective of constructing the social core value system, but also the historical mission of ideological and political education. And ideological and political education is the Party's political advantage and an importment form of socialist ideology work. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, and to seek the social identity of the socialist core value system, is an important practical issue that it must be solved in building harmonious society.The thesis based on macro-perspective of the period of social transformation, and applied the combination of reseach mothods of quallitive and quantitative analysis. On the basis of preliminary grasp the essence, characteristics and the internal logic of the social identity of the socialist core value system, depth analyzed relationship of ideological and political education and strengthening social identity of the socialist core value system. With survey data systematic analysed the basic status of social identity of the socialist core value system, and the influence of the subject, object, copula and milieu to strengthen social identity of the socialist core value system, also combined with analysis conclusion probed how to strengthen cognitive identity of the socialist core value syetem by innovation contents, methods and ways of ideological and political education, and how to strengthen emotional identity by creating affective subject, object, copula and milieu of ideological and political education, and how to strengthen behavior recognition by establishing the interest interaction, self-transformation and institution indemnification mechanisms.The thesis came into a conclusion that there exist five aspects. Firstly, social identity of the socialist core value system is the process of members of society awarely cognitive, accept and practice the dominant value principle, the value selection criteria and behavior ethics code of socialism; It include not only cognitive identity, emotional identity and behavior recognition etc. three stages, but also the internal logic from interest identity to political identity and to cultural identity. Secondly, there exists an internal consistency between ideological and political work education and strengthening social identity of the socialist core value system, with the relationship of strengthening social identity of the socialist core value system being the historical mission, correspondingly, ideological and political education being the important tool of strengthening social identity of socialist core value system. Thirdly, it is able to not only reveal the status that the members of society identities the socialist core value system, but only provide an empirical basis for further exploring the influence of strengthening social identity of the socialist core value system from ideological and political education. Fourthly, the subject, object, copula and milieu of ideological and political education have significant implications to strengthen social identity of socialist core value system. In the socialist core value system education, ideological and political education workers should attach great importance. Finally, strengthen and improve ideological and political education is the effective way to strengthen social identity of the socialist core value system. In practice, we should strengthen cognitive identity of the socialist core value system by promoting continuely content, mothods and paths of ideological and political education, strengthen emotional identity of the socialist core value system by creating affective subject, object, copula and milieu of ideological and political education, and strengthen behavior recognition of the socialist core value system by establishing the interest interaction, self-transformation and institution indemnification mechanisms.
