Innovation is the soul of the processing of a nation and endless power of prosperous of a nation. Without the innovation, it is a difficulty for a nation to stands erect with forest of the advanced national. The cultivation of the innovative talents has profound significance to sustainable development of track and field enterprise in our country. Each worker that engages in track and field enterprise must have profound and explicit understanding in the thought to the importance of innovation. Only like this can realize the cultivation of the innovative trainer, can enable innovative activities to carry out smooth, effective, lastingly. Literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interview, the logic analysis and statistical analysis were adopted in this paper to comprehensive research high level track and field trainer's present situation in our country. The conclusions were as follows:1. Trainer's basic situation is that school record level had enhanced greatly, and the majority trainers have the school record of undergraduate course and above of them. The age structure of trainer is reasonable, which is the foundation to guarantee the innovation ability. The knowledge grasping and application is better in specialized theory than that of in basic theory, but it is insufficiently comprehensive and solid. Trainer's ability present situation is that the scientific research ability and the foreign language proficiency are in the low level. The trainers have certainly ability to solve the questions in the training, but lacking enough means to be adopted. The trainer approves highly to own professional spirit, and the most of them hold the broad training objective, but according to the request of the innovative talents, the trainers have great distance apart from its standard.2. Most trainers express their satisfaction to the course content, but which of them have some prominent problems, such as the time in proportion between theory course and practice course is arranged improperly, and some contents are taught repeated. In the light of the goal of trainer's innovative ability, the course content has a big flaw, extremely important knowledge about the innovation method and the innovation talent can not be brought into the plan of instruction in particular3. The teaching method as the central tradition educational model still was took by teacher, neglected the utilization of the teaching method related to the trainer's professional characteristic which need with practice in close integration, and which fully transferred the study main body initiative participation. The inspection method is unitary, has not carried out strictly according to the related request, and lost the effect to trainer's raise which should have.4. The teaching level of teachers has certain disparity with anticipation of trainers, in particular those teachers who teach special theory and practice. According to the standard of innovative teacher's characteristic and the quality, many teachers still have certain gap. The present situation of teachers needs to bring to enough attention. Pay attention to the education of teacher's again, strengthens the train of outstanding trainer as teachers, introduces competitive system, reasonably selects and assigns teachers.5. Most trainers already realize that the lifelong education and training is a tendency of the future development, and are willing to accept the lifelong education. The lifelong study is a power which the trainers guarantee the lasting innovative ability. The implement of the lifelong education by the system form to the trainer is a long process, but now it should begin to prepare.6. At present, the cultivation to the trainer did not execute strictly in term of the request and the plan, result in the raise quality unable to obtain guarantee. If the performers do not understand "the execution", they cannot realize the good plan, the grand goal.
