This paper's aim is to provide a standard for reflecting present situation of education, and provide a direction for reform of education, by proposing a authentic form of education.The theory of human nature is the premise of education. Men are borne intelligent. Men don't embody intelligence in the same class. Intelligence always be developed in different degree in different man. Intelligence means a transcendental and sensitive spiritual state. Intelligence embodies itself from four aspects: consciousness of intelligence forms independent experience; active motivation forms an active existence; healthy ego forms natural living state; open intelligence leads to the transcendental spirit . Men are borne uncompleted and unspecialized. Men are borne along with a quasi-developed neuroticism system. All these hereditary quality indicate that men are borne intelligent. This is a new theory of human nature: men are borne intelligent.Men are borne along with the seed of intelligence, the seed need grow to its best, then men becomes authentic men .The essence of education is cultivating in which the seed of intelligence grows to its best. Educational functions in politics and economic derive from educational function in cultivating human nature. Educational function in cultivating human nature is its fundamental function, on the other hand, educational functions in politics and economic are its second-class functions. If education discards its fundamental function ,education can't get its second-class functions.Human nature presents itself in existence, human nature in its best presents itself in original and true existence. The essence of education is cultivate the seed of intelligence; best developed intelligence forms authentical existence. So educational ultimate aim is to lead students into authentical existence. The appearance of authentical existence includes: ontological appearance is that existence is no aim but progressing, and never stop; epistemological appearance is discovering; axiological appearance is that morality derives from life not rules.As the ultimate aim of education , authentical existence need be realized by authentical education. To develop knowing, feeling and will in harmony , authentical education must be based on relationship of existity and uncovered circumstances. Knowledge itself should be studied by student's immediate experience. Exercising students'feeling should be based on ethical code emboding human life trendency, and be based on aesthetical vibration. Exercising students'will should make one's infinite possible distinct through repent, and should control one's instinct needs and emotions.Because the education constructed by such way is suitable for human nature, especially intelligence, the education is authentical. Authentical education can provide a standard for reflecting present situation of education, and provide a direction for reform of education.
