Theoretical And Empirical Research On Interdisciplinary Compsite Teaching System

Contemporary science and technology development has shown more cross-disciplinary,the mutual penetration and a high degree of systematization as well as comprehensive,and which has a comprehensive cross-subject and promotes the development of leading the new trend.The cross-disciplinary integration has become an inevitable trend of scientific development,it is also an important force to promote scientific research and discipline constuction in many higher educations.Developing interdisciplinary has become an important stratety to realize great-leap-forword development.Cultivating inter-disciplinary talent and developing interdisciplinary are an important way to achieve a breakthrough in innovative achievements.The establishment of interdisciplinary compsite teaching system is the needs of the subject of their own development,and it is also the requirements of teaching scientific and the socio-economic development.This dissertation is on the theoretical basic of the system theory,coordination theory,cybernetics theory,the study theory,it tries to to reveal the internal operating mechanism and the internalmechanism of the interdisciplinary compsite teaching system and to explore the constituent elements of the teaching system, construction of teaching system,teaching combination mode and so on,combining with the practice of technical economics and management subject,it analyzes the effect of the implementation.The main contents of the study are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the content,elements and characteristics of interdisciplinary compsite teaching system and the principle and meaning of establishing the teaching system.Interdisciplinary compsite teaching system is refer to on the basis of interdisciplinary,as cultivating inter-talent for the goal,through applying of systematic approach,it optimizes the existing system of professional,constuction of teachering resourses,teaching facilities,scientific research system,campus environment,and forming a talent complex system of professional disciplines combonaton,teachering resourses combination,curriculum integration,teaching forms of organization combination,cultivating mode combination,teaching methods combinationand so on. The system has characteristics of open,practical,comprehensive,innovative and so on. Secondly,the dissertation separately discusses the theoretical basis of constructing the interdisciplinary compsite teaching system from the system theory, the coordination theory,the cybernetics theory and the study theory.Thirdly,it analyzes the interdisciplinary compsite teaching system 'evolution as well as the trend of development,on the basis of which it explores he difference between the single-teaching system and the interdisciplinary compsite teachign system.Fourthly,it analyzes the operational mechanism of the teaching system.It puts forward that the teaching system are includes four subsidiary systems which is the driving subsystem,the receiving subsystem,services and support sub-system and quality control subsystem.At the same time,it analyzes their internal mechanism and operation mode of various parts.Fifthly,the dissertation constructs the evaluation index system of interdisciplinary compsite teaching system.With AHP indicators to determining the weight,with using of fuzzy math method to analyze the evaluation data and finally to work out the results of the evaluation.Sixthly,this dissertation practise empirical.Through a period of one and a half years investigation of the Technical Economics and Management discipline,it evaluates the production qualities.The results shows that the effective implementation of interdisciplinary compsite teaching system is well,and basically it achieves the anticipated goal.
