The thesis,from the viewpoint of the management system of the Chinese table tennis professionalism,analyses and probes into the development process of the Chinese table tennis professionalism,the present developing situation and the problems existing,researches and sums up the characteristics of the table tennis professionalism management system abroad.Comparing with the management system of the western mature professional sports,the writer of the thesis,according to the system changing theory,the globalization theory and the governance theory, using for reference the successful experience of the management system of the western mature professional sports and combining it with the realities in China,puts forward a developing pattern for the management system of the Chinese table tennis that fits in with the socialist market economic system in China by the way of questionnaire and soliciting opinions from experts.The pattern is to gradually reform the management system of the Chinese table tennis professionalism to achieve the final goals.The Chinese table tennis professionalism should go on in the regular,sustainable,healthy and stable direction and contribute to the development of the table tennis in the world.While the goals of the professionalism are the spirit of the professional management system,the management system is the carrier of the moving system whose success is guaranteed by the management system. The development of the professionalism,to great degree,is decided by the management system.Any economic behavior in the market economics must be guaranteed by the system that fits in with it.The Chinese table tennis professionalism reform,mainly led by the government,is carried out forcefully.After ten years'reform,although the reform has achieved much success,shortcomings arise as well.It still has a long way to go to be mature professionalism:the professional management system should be further perfected;the ownership of the professional league match should be established more clearly;the management system within the clubs is not complete enough;the table tennis market is not well cultivated,etc.The development goal of the mature professional sports is to be led by the market,to center on meeting the consumption needs of the fans and to aim at making money.The characteristic of the management system of the goals is that the professional association is responsible for running the affairs of domestic super league matches.The association usually votes to make the important decisions in the club.The association manages the club and league matches according to the complete rules and market system.The association is not under the jurisdiction of the society and the society doesn't participate in the management of the affairs of the association.To be suitable for the Chinese economic reform,the Chinese table tennis professionalism reform should be carried out gradually.Its goals should be divided into three stages—the short-term goals,the medium goals and the long-term goals.It has a long way to go to achieve the society-system management that matches the socialist market economy and the international common practice.The process,corresponding to the three stages mentioned above,also includes three stages:the present double-track system which pay much emphasis on the administrative management system;the double-track system which attach great importance society-system management and the society management system which fits in with the socialist market economy and the international common practice.In order to further perfect the Chinese table tennis professional management system,measures should be taken as follows:make the table tennis society an entity;establish the Chinese table tennis league match commission;establish the professional table tennis clubs which has the characteristics of modern enterprises;clarify the ownership of the league matches and clubs and establish the moving system fitting in with the table tennis professional management system.
