This essay aims to study the effectiveness and its related mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise. First of all, use related issues of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise as the research object, do research of knowledge transfer from the aspect of current concept and mode of study, the main influencing factors, the effectiveness of research and game analysis of knowledge transfer, to sort out and analyze the field of domestic and overseas related literature. Secondly, analyze the mode of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise and development status, and as the basis for follow-up study.And do in-depth study of essay main part from three aspect:First, combine inductive analysis and factor analysis method together to study the main influence factors of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise; the second is based on two dimensions of internal effectiveness of innovation capability and the economic growth to study the real effectiveness of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise; Thirdly, analyze the game relationship of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise, and make Evolution simulation, on its basis, study the related promotion mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise. At last, analyze the case data of first-hand information that we obtained through field interviews, make description and instruction to typical cases of our Knowledge Transfer in University-Enterprise. Through empirical analysis, theoretical discussion and case studies, It finds that:(1) The key models of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise could be divided into two kinds:R&D collaboration model and knowledge transaction model. These models have different advantages and defects, when the problems of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise arise, we should analysis according to different key models discriminative.(2) The knowledge transfer in university-enterprise of China is better year after year, but science make more account of art, and eastern make more account of western. The funds of universities of science and engineering and comprehensive universities are much more than other universities every year, more and more funds are focus on economically developed areas(3) According to the questionnaires of universities and enterprises, we use SPSS to analysis the key effect factors, and find that the income of university, the income of enterprise, willingness to knowledge transfer and mechanism of knowledge transfer are the most important factors. R&D ability of university, knowledge transfer ability of university, independent innovation of enterprise and knowledge absorption ability of enterprise are the secondly important factors. It meanings that university and enterprise are both attend the factors which concerning their own behalf.(4) Under R&D collaboration model, when the enterprise define the knowledge income and fix pay, the result of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise would be decided by willingness to knowledge transfer, the marginal utility of university with negative strategy and the punish level. Under knowledge transaction model, the result of knowledge transfer in university-enterprise would be decided by independent innovation of enterprise, knowledge absorption ability of enterprise and market value of knowledge.(5) For advance the independent innovation of enterprise, the effect of R&D collaboration model is more than knowledge transaction model. For advance the economy, the effect of R&D collaboration model is also more than knowledge transaction model. Analysis for different regions, we find that no matter the independent innovation of enterprise or economy, the effect in eastern is more than western.Compared with other present similar studies, the innovation points are reflected in the following aspects:(1) Different modes of knowledge transfer activities in university-enterprise characteristics and different mechanisms result in the diversity of the utility. Therefore, the paper is based on the summary of the main mode of knowledge transfer schools and enterprises, school and enterprise knowledge transfer model is divided into two main types of trading patterns:R & D collaboration model and knowledge translation model, and conducts two study and discussion under different models respectively. (2)This study received a lot of school and enterprise-related knowledge transfer first-hand information through field research, field interviews and questionnaire. On this basis, the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, using SPSS analysis software on the impact of knowledge transfer schools and enterprises were the main factors factor analysis, and knowledge transfer between universities and enterprises obtained the factors in different levels, from the perspective of empirical knowledge transfer schools and enterprises on the impact of various factors were analyzed.(3) Via the use of game theory, the paper analysis different modes of knowledge transfer activities in colleges and enterprises game and the application of evolutionary game ideas on knowledge transfer schools and enterprises were simulated. On this basis, the study of knowledge transfer between universities and enterprises of different modes of incentive mechanism, binding mechanism and the associated compensation mechanisms. Besides that, knowledge transfer mechanisms under the government's schools and enterprises were studied.(4)From the internal effectiveness and external effectiveness of school and enterprise knowledge transfer's perspectives, through our regional 11 (1997-2007)years of relevant empirical analysis of panel data, In the course of the same transaction under the R & D cooperation and knowledge two different modes to start. Besides that, the paper also makes empirical study on the eastern, central and western areas of the sub-region. Under the sub-region according to different modes of empirical research on the schools and enterprises on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer was a more comprehensive understanding, and broaden the channels of the research in the field.However, missing data, the absence of some areas of the school and enterprise knowledge transfer in of this effect, field research can be used in the future and combined with first-hand information about their specific situation, in order to avoid the study of the existence of regional gaps. In addition, research in the game; you can consider joining a tripartite government of the main Game. Meanwhile, simulation platform can be built in terms of simulation analysis according to the actual school situation of enterprise knowledge transfer, in this way more comprehensive factors of school and enterprise knowledge transfer in the internal and external environment can be taken into consideration.
