A Research On Green Farming Economic Development System

As the world's agriculture develops,a lot of problems occurs. Oil agricultural encountered insurmountable problems, Western countries put forward alternative agriculture - organic agriculture. Organic agricultural is fit for high-income people because of its low prduction and high price.It's not suitable for developing countries.Developing countries have to first address food security. China has brought about green agriculture,but doesn't imply enough. This paper does research on green planting economic development.The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Targeting on the sustainable development,it deeply analyzes the various substitutive agriculture forms in the way of comparing historical status.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the west organic agriculture combining with China's own conditions and concluded that green agriculture is the realistic choice of Chinese agriculture.(2)We should design Chinese model of green agriculture's development,construct Chinese system of agricultural practice green building, technical systems (including green planting elements, green crop structure, green planting operation ) and management system (including green planting system, green planting organization,green planting output). It analyzes the gap between green food and organic food standards to suggest carrying out the green agricultural standards with Chinese characteristics.(3)It designs green planting evaluation index system and empirical analysis. Green planting evaluation index system has one first-level green planting development;seven second-level indexes which includes technical system, management system, authentication system, monitoring system, social benefits,ecological benefits and economic benefits;twenty third-level indexes including :planting techniques, environmental monitoring technology, information technology,strains technology, human resources, standard system, the market system,policy systems,main certifications, certification targets, certification basises, certification procedures, the provincial environment monitoring center on the environment, designate provincial green test organization, test the green food's mark, human health, environmental protection, food safety, natural life cycle of the biosphere, biodiversity, soil biological activity, increase the income of the farmers, conserve the input of resources and high output with good quality.The author disposes the interviews and the results of the questionnaire.The author also evaluates and asseses the experts'evaluation on the development level of green plant in Jilin Province.AHP analysis results show that: at present, China could use experts's evaluation method on planting green and it's simple and practical.
