In the main frame of quantum dot (QD) based quantum information and quan-tum computation, this thesis presents systematically research including these subjects: demonstration of dynamically controlled resonance fluorescence (RF), on-demand sin-gle photon source (SPS), Raman SPS, spin-photon GHZ entanglement, and determin-istic teleportation. Alternatively, these results are:1. We give a basic introduction to the QD system, from its formation to charged excitons under different magnetic field geometry. Furthermore, we introduce the ex-perimental techniques and instruments for studying QD spectra.2. In the on-demand SPS experiment section, we give both theoretical and exper-imental studies of RF, and a further C-NOT gate is demonstrated using the on-demand SPS.3. Next, the resonance condition is pushed towards two color excitation. Here we demonstrate the dynamical RF spectral cancellation, which results from spontaneous decay induced interference. A further study on multi-photon AC stark sub-harmonic resonance and spectral modulation is presented.4. We demonstrate the Raman SPS in a single QD, including the Raman SPS under pulsed and continuous excitation mode. Moreover, we demonstrate HOM interference of two photons from two types of charged QDs, paves the way towards building QD based quantum computation network.5. By exploring a novel method to measure color superimposed state, we demon-strate spin-photon GHZ entanglement and the violation of local realism.6. Based on the results of5, we demonstrate a deterministic teleportation in quan-tum dot, which realized remotely preparing a spin state in a QD.
