It was a hotspot problem of research on Global climate change.Central Shanxi Province was a sensitive area of climate change by its unique geographicl location and topography. With the important political and economic status, together with the rapid economic development central Shanxi province formed the specially fragile and changeable weather characteristics. The precipitation and temperature in this area inevitably change accordingly. This paper was based on detailed data and objectively statistical method, aimed to present the precipitation and temperature response to global warming and its dynamic evolution process. The discussion of regional differences of climate change in central Shanxi province was done, and the driving force and influence of climate change was analyzed, the climate characteristic was explained and summarized.In this dissertation, the research object was statistical data of precipitation and temperature by years and months in central Shanxi province. The research was done in some ways, such as mathematical statistics, statistical tests, experience analysis, digital map software and so on. The evolution characteristics of precipitation and temperature in decades and years and seasons, trend tendency, features in monthly, space differences were studied by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method. The relationship in time and space between precipitation and temperature of Guanzhong-region and the key influencing factors were systematically analyzed. The effect and influence of climate change on climate disasters were further obtained. Trying to solve three difficulties such as climate changes response to the global climate changes; the space features and the influence of climate change. My contribution is:Firstly, the precipitation and temperature data in 1961~2012 were targeting comprehensively collected. The regional reach was done about the controversial “global warming”.Secondly, the following conclusions were obtained about precipitation.There was no corresponding decrease in precipitation in central Shanxi province, but in the long period of 25 a wet and dry alternation.1984~1997 was the drought period in central Shanxi province.There was asymmetric change of precipitation in four seasons, drought in winter and spring, precipitation concentrated in summer and autumn. The precipitation unevenly distributed in a year.The precipitation was much more in mountainous than in plain, southwest than northeast by influence of latitude and monsoon.Thirdly, the following conclusions were obtained about temperature.The temperature in central Shanxi province was significantly increased in the stages. The temperature was in the high level after 1980, but it was a little drop after 2007.The changes feature in season was that the summer extended was appeared in central Shanxi province.Temperature distribution in accordance with the higher latitude and the high temperature area gradually goes to the west.Fourthly, there was a mutation in the relationship between precipitation and temperature. After the mutation the transitional change was happened. There was no typical negative correlation between precipitation and temperature in decades and years and seasons. The regional climate was changing in the alternation of warm and cold, drying and wetting.Finally, the Climate change in central Shanxi province was consistent with the global climate in some ways, but it also has distinctive features. Under the persistent effect of human factors, the change of climate trend in recently showed that there must be some most important factors control the region climate.
