In south of the North-China-Type coalfields, the thin-bedded limestone aquifer of Taiyuan group for Carboniferous-Permian coal seam with good penetration ability, close contact with groundwater, high penetration speed and Ordovician limestone aquifer with high water pressure, good water abundance, large memory capacity characteristics. The dissertation taking Xinji NO.2mining area as an example, use theories and methods of geology, hydrogeology, numerical simulation and the vulnerability index method, to carry out the study of coal floor water-inrush evaluation method and countermeasures in south of the North-China-Type coalfields. This paper has simulated the development and distribution characteristics of the underlying rock fissures in coal seam floor with FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and analyzed the influence of water bursting. Through analysis of the impact factors of the coal floor water-inrush, identified the main controlling factor of water-inrush, established the thematic maps of the factors, and analyzed and evaluated the coal floor water bursting vulnerability with vulnerability index method based on GIS and AHP. Combine the prevention and treatment experience of north-China-Type coalfields, preliminary proposed comprehensive water control measures of "hydrophobic buck and grouting reinforcement". The thesis results not only provided a scientific basis for deep coal seams mining producing security,but also is worthy of popularization to the other coal area of the south of the North China.
