Aimed at the urgently solved problem of safely and economically mining coal resourceunder reservoir in Daping coal mine at present, this paper chooses mining under reservoir inNorth No.1and South No.2district as the engineering background, comprehensively adopts suchresearch method and manner as foundational data acquisition and processing, softwareprogramming, digital terrain modeling, simulation and analysis of reservoir water movement toput forward the research thought of harmonic mining plan with surface subsidence basin guidingreservoir water movement and optimization criterion of minimizing mining area under reservoirbased on coal mining theory, mining rock mechanics, mining subsidence theory, computergraphics, GIS application technology, database technology and software development technology,and establishes an technology system of optimizing harmonic mining plan under reservoir.With triangulated irregular network modeling method, this paper establishes digitalelevation model of reservoir terrain, developes reservoir geographic information managementsystem with components GIS development mode based on ArcGIS Engine, realizes spatial datamanagement, spatial information inquiry, three-dimensions display and analysis of reservoirterrain; With probability integral method, this paper establishes prediction model and algorithmof surface movement and deformation under different mining conditions, develope avisualization system of mining subsidence prediction, which can accurately calculate varioussurface movement and deformation in mian cross section and subsidence basin, and visuallyanalyze prediction results; The generation method of coalface mining geographic subsidencebasin is established with inverse distance weighted interpolation theory, the technology ofsubsidence basin seamlessly embedded in digital elevation model of reservoir terrain isestablished with the ray method which distinguishes the geometric relationship between pointand polygon, the geographic database of reservoir region can be dynamically corrected and thedigital elevation model of reservoir terrain can be reconstruct in real time along with coalfacemining; Based on reservoir geographic information management systems and surface miningsubsidence prediction visualization system, the simulation technology of reservoir watermovement is established, which can inversely calculate water level elevation of reservoir, thecorrectly plot the relative position between reservoir water line and coalface, and accuratelycalculate the mining area of coalface under water; With the simulation technology of reservoirwater movement, the threat degree of the reservoir water of the current mining plan in NorthNo.1and South No.2district is estimated, and according to the optimization criteria of harmonicmining plan under reservoir, a optimal harmonic mining plan of coalfaces under water in thetwo districts is determined. The study results show that the technology system of optimizing harmonic mining planunder reservoir significantly reduces the threat degree of reservoir water to coalfaces, providesscientific decision-making support for safety coal resources mining under reservoir in Dapingcoal mine, has the important theoretical significance and practical application value, and willprovide a useful reference for reasonable mining of dull coal reserves under water body in othermining area of China.
