China is the world’s largest pig breeding and consumption country. Since theadjustment of agricultural industry structure and the transfer of rural labor force, thepig breeding mode was transferred from scattered farms to scale and specializationbreeding in the past thirty years. The breeding-planting circulation ecologicalagriculture mode as “pig-biogas-rice/fruit/vegetable/cotton/pig feed” etc. is used asthe main way to solve the agricultural non-point source pollution such as breedingexcreta pollution, fertilizer and pesticide pollution currently in the south china.Environmental governance is an important task of ecological agriculture, butChina’s ecological agriculture needs to consider economic, environmental and socialbenefits. Ecological agriculture industry chain which is composed ofbefore, during and after agricultural production, is a sustainable agricultural system ofmodern agricultural. It integrates the agricultural production growth, ruraldevelopment and the protection of ecological environment, and involves manystakeholders in China’s current economic situation.This dissertation focuses on ecological agriculture industry chain coordinationand management problem. The breeding and planting circulation eco-agriculture inpig breeding area of Jiangxi Galaxy Eucommia Development Company is selected asa case study. The study is done from the perspective of the management of wholeindustry chain of ecological agriculture, using the system dynamics feedback loopanalysis theory and method, the evolutionary game analysis method, to generate thecoordination and management strategies for development of ecological agricultureindustry chain. System dynamics simulation method is used to evaluate the dynamiceffects of policy enforcement. For the more, we have designed and implementedgradually the strategies engineering in Jiangxi Galaxy Eucommia DevelopmentCompany pig farming areas, and the ecological benefits of the project is evaluated byusing the emerge analysis theories and methods.The main research conclusion was summarized as follows:(1) An empirical analysis of the factors affecting the stability of pig production. Using co-integration theory, the impulse response analysis and variancedecomposition technology method based on VAR model, the long term effect offeed price and pig price to pig production and the dynamic impact of corn prices, pigprices fluctuation on the pig production is analyzed to ensure the whole industrychain scale and stability. The results show that, in the long run, the reason of pigproduction fluctuation mainly lies in its own. The feed price and pig price impact thepig production, and the effect was significant.(2) Propose a new feedback loop analysis method named as subsystems levelvariables feedback loops structural analysis method, and using the new method todevelop management strategies for the ecological agriculture chain.For the lack of standardized methods for feedback loop construction and itsoperating rules analysis, a method named subsystem’s level variable feedback loopsstructural analysis was provided. Via the analysis of the feedback loop structure ofeach subsystem, the key variables, adjustable variables, adjustable causal chain of theloops and the policy leverage points are revealed, and then the management strategiesare proposed. The method is applied to analyze the feedback loops structure ofJiangxi Galaxy Eucommia Development Company eco-agriculture industry chain,where four management strategies were presented.(3) The game analysis of farmers’ organic production choice behavior is carried outto generate the coordination strategies for eco-agriculture industry chain.By using the evolutionary game theory, the process of evolution and stability ofthe choice of cropping mode by peasants is analyzed. The result shows that theevolution trend of peasants’ cropping mode choice mainly depends on the profitsobtained by the selected planting mode. Decreasing the planting cost of the organicplanting, or improve the organic planting profits directly, will increase peasants’organic cropping preferences, and prompt their cropping mode evolutionary stable inthe organic cropping.(4) Proposed the management countermeasures for Jiangxi Galaxy Eucommiaecological agriculture chain, and conducted simulation analysis of itsimplementation effect.Based on coordination and management strategies for the eco-agriculture industry chain established, the management countermeasures were formed accordingto the existence issues of Jiangxi Galaxy Eucommia ecological agriculture; The SDmodel of Jiangxi Galaxy Eucommia eco-agriculture industry chain is constructed byusing the rate variable fundamental in-tree modeling approach. The equations of stock&flow diagram based on Galaxy’s situation are illustrated. Reality checks andextreme condition tests are carried out. The efficiency of the coordination andmanagement strategies are simulated.(5) The countermeasure projects is designed and implemented gradually in JiangxiGalaxy Eucommia breeding-planting areas, the economic benefits are distinct.In2012, the former two stages planting project provides Eucommia leaf20tonwhich saving forty-thousand Yuan for purchase. It also saved sixty-thousand for thepurchase of fertilizer and forage, and save6~8thousand Yuan compensation paid forbiogas slurry pollution.January2012, the60kilowatts gas turbine was put into operation, whichgenerates electricity6to8hours a day; the annual income of¥130,000. Biogas usedas the production of domestic fuel, the annual fuel savings of¥100,000.(6) Using the emergy synthesis theory and method for the ecological benefitassessment of Strategies Project.The results show that the feedback of breeding waste into the system through thebio-energy utilization engineering reduced system’s demand for purchasednon-renewable emergy, and reduced the negative output of the system contaminants.These makes the breeding waste integrated project system present an obviousadvantage in the value of indices of R%, EYR, and ELR.Through this study and implementation of the management and coordinationstrategies for eco-agricultural industrial chain, resource utilizes the waste to achievethe elimination of waste pollution, crop farming fertilizer and pesticide pollution. Thedual goals of producing green energy and green agricultural products are realized. Itprovides the coordination and management strategies for the development ofeco-agricultural industrial chain, and has theoretical and practical value for thedevelopment of modern agriculture.
