Sinter Ore Matching Optimally Research Under The Condition Of Diversing Sources Of Iron Ore

In our country iron ore resource is mostly lean and scattered around.So theprocurement and management of the raw materials is very difficulty.It is unable to controlthe sintering production effectively and stablely. So,the sdudy on sinter ore matchingoptimally under the condition of diversing sources of iron ore is of great significance.In this paper, with quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design andSPSS software,foundmental research on sintering was carried out.The results ofconcentrates matching shows that the sinter strength,velocity and utilization coefficientdecreases with concentrate ratio increasing; If it arrives to the range of30%~40%,it dosenot affect the sinter quality and quantity;When the coke dosige is in the range of4.8%~5.1%,the compression strength is well,but with the water percent increasing,thestrength decreased and the sinter utilization coefficient,velocity increased,if it is7%orso,they are stable;When the quicklime ratio is in the range of3%~5%,the utilizationcoefficient and velocity is stable,but when the dosage is still increasing,they will quicklyincrease.In addition,the compression strength decreased,the utilization coefficient andvelocity increase with the out fuel adding dosage increasing.The results of single ore matching shows that the quality and quantity index of HMSis best in the import ores,then is India and Brazilia ore,the worst is South African and NMmountain one;the quality and quantity index of inner concentrates are the same except thesinter velocity of FUJIAN concentrates is rapid.The matching program of import ores isthe main influencing factor when the concentrate ratio and sinter chemical constitution aresettled.The results of optamization test shows that the compression strength increases from62.93%to63.47%and the velocity decreases from23.66mm/min to20.49mm/mincomparing to the reference test results using quicklime in place of limestone.If dolomite isinstand by serpentine,the compression strength is further increasing to65.53%and thevelocity is also improved,which is22.18mm/min:The compression strength decreasesfrom65.53%to64.00%,the utilization coefficient and velocity increased if the out fueladding dosage is40%.Study on microstructure of sinter shows that the main mineral in the reference sinteris calcium ferrite that presents corrosion shape and is the skeleton of the sinter,and inwhich are no rough cracks and general mineral composition and microstructure.Compared with the reference sample,a lot of the calcium ferrite in the sinter rolling coke powder40%forms,corrosion degree is more intense, better cementation and interconnections,morekirschsteinite and larger crystal which enhances the overall strength of sinter.Afteraddition of serpentine,the calcium ferrite in sinter which presences corrosion shape inexcellent interconnection is the skeleton of sinter; The crystalline of calcium ferrite olivineis thicker and larger;magnesium ferrite and other minerals are well cemented and theircontent is larger than that of the reference sinter;high strength calcium ferrite olivinemineral is more and larger,and closely glued with iron minerals.In the sinter addingimported ore,calcium ferrite forms corrosion shape,calcium ferrite olivine and magnesiumferrite are well cemented with all of the other mineral,and good distribution.But the Fe3O4recrystallization grain of South Africa’s ore sinter is relatively some more,Fe2O3decreased,calcium ferrite decreased,at the same time, hole more and more large,and the glass clothedat the hole edge is large more than that of Mount Newman ore sinter and Hamas sinter.The Hamas sinter has less glass,more ferrite minerals with obviously more of the stripcalcium ferrite.Study on metallurgical properties shows that the sinter with high iron and low siliconhas good reduction, but relatively low RDI+3.15.In a word, through the experimental study on the material sintering properties andblending ore scheme,a basis for rational purchase of sintering material,management ofsintering material field and optimization of sintering proportioning is provided.
