Disaster emergency drill is the effective method to respond to disasters. The computer-aided emergency drill system can not only help participants be familiar with emergency plan, promote group coordination ability, but also assist decision maker inspect the reasonability of making an emergency plan. Research work on computer-aided emergency drill system needs multidisciplinary application and synthesis. So, the dissertation mainly focuses on key technology of computer-aided drill system described as follows:1, Chemical disaster field models were firstly made according to kinds of classical formulas for chemical disaster. By means of pool fire case, the paper described in detail the process and steps of algorithms of temperature field and the impact factor by fire fighting. The paper also proposed construction of multi disaster system, including disaster Agent, environment Agent, disaster aggregate Agent, and message of Agents, etc. Then, the paper proposed the3D rendering method (named particle system) for chemical disasters, explained the principal of particle system, created optimization approach, and made the different choice of parameters for different disasters rendering.2, Through the creation of disaster complex network, the paper described an universal model of disaster dispersion between the nodes and calculated the impacts on each other, and then dynamically computed the triggering and evolving chemical disaster on network. Research works included trigger model of multi chemical disasters, and concept and method of evolution process simulation. Basing information entropy theory, the work especially focused on analyzing and calculating the synthesized impact between disasters. Shelter factors between nodes were also considered and the algorithm of impact was amended by them.3, A fuzzy expert system for emergency drill and its reasoning machine were design and applied The research work of paper mainly existed on using fuzzy rough set theory to reduce rules of expert system, and then to draw rules from fuzzy-accurate decision tables. By means of entropy matching algorithm of fuzzy rough set, the matching method on front piece of rules for drill deduction was constructed The work achieved a rapid and effective deduction for uncertain events in the designed reasoning machine.4, It is very difficult to quantify the indicators of complex control for emergency drill. In order to solve the problem and control multi participants drill system effectively, the paper used analytic hierarchy process (AHP)to build a comprehensively control model for fuzzy rough set measures. First of all, this paper analyzed concepts, each other’s relationship, and features of fuzzy rough set measures for knowledge of drills; then built comprehensive judge model with AHP; at last, designed control process for drills, key algorithm of control, and picking up algorithm from rules pool.5, Based on classical entropy weight method, a hierarchy entropy weight approach were build firstly. Combined with AHP, a factor of mixture is also computed to evaluate the process and results of drills. The method can not only solve the problem of singleness of classical entropy weight method, but also solve the problem of subjectivity in setting weight of AHP. At last, the paper analyzed and built evaluation target of drills, and achieved an effective and accurate multi objective evaluation for a case of emergency drill.6, The paper proposed a script system, which can afford a software environment for Agents and’active’3D models running, was also described, especially including its design method and key process to practice. After showed the design and application of3D engine and configuration tool of3D scene, the paper demonstrated a highly active and practical complete3D exhibition engine scheme. Finally, the whole computer-aided emergency drill system was shown in detail with the exhibition of platform design, core process, and the modular approach.
